Sorry man as much as i know there is no physical store in UAE or anywhere near according to me. You could ask some shopkeepers to order you one and they might, thats the only possiblity i could think of.

Remove your battery look at the white sticker label on the back of the phone. Also, cross- check with the retail box your phone came in. Some boxes will give date of manufacture and some will also give you country of origin / manufacture

Recently i bought my note 2 from this guy for a good price..... And i just find out that the s pen is fake and the phone doesn't have the stylus software, i dont know wat to do please help!!!!!!!!!

HI dude, did you manage to get a motherboard? I am in need of one too (in India, Chennai).
Also can you share what was the issue you were facing? I am facing endless reboots (NAND failure).
can you point out where you bought your board .
