Loving the ROM on the Robin, I have one query about the finger print scanner will it be included in the next version? I've had a look but couldn't find anything on it.

v10.6 was our final M build so they'll be no next version.
We're currently working on Android N so I'll keep this query in mind

I'm on this build. It's pretty stable, I've had a few random reboots, but nothing major. I switched from Omni, where i was getting constant freezing / reboots (although that is supposed to be fixed now). Performance and battery are on par with Omni.

The freezing and reboots has been fixed. But anyways, how is the rom? Is there more customization and features on Dirty Unicorn 7.1?

Just flashed the 04-14-17 RC build and loving it! I got my robin and updated to the 7.0 firmware and then went straight to this. I was so excited I even made a batch file to make the bootloader unlock process and twrp flash automatic from my p.c a day before hand
I've got to say the experience I've had with this ROM and this device so far is just amazing. The colors of the device match and blend with many ui elements if you set it up correctly.
It would be neat to see the four led lights get used for battery level indication on the robin while charging. I.e 1 lit up led represents 25% battery level and so on. Just an idea :3
Which Gapps are recommneded ?
Hello,
I am currently running th offical v11.3 - 7.1.2 build & Bean Gapps, everthing is smooth & awesome, just have one problem, I keep getting "Google Play Service has stopped errors" Also while listing to music on Google Play, then phone has random rebooted every single time. Has anyone faced this yet ?
Yes i have. Only thing is that du is currently unsupported as the maintainer has smashed their device. I would recommend Omni ROM as a superb alternative

Fantastic ROM, light, flawless when paired with Franco's/Trinity kernels. Been using Pete's builds and AOKP mostly, best ROMs around imho. Great addition with the notification widgets in latest build too.
Thanks for your work Pete
Very interesting, keeping an eye on this one.
Great just what i was looking for to power my nexus, gonna test it now, thanks.
EDIT : Works perfectly so far, fast and stable and not to many customisations, just like a rom is supposed to be if you like close to stock
Battery life is excellent also, less than 1%/h in standby with latest Franco kernel 16.1.
Good job, gonna stick with this one at least untill cm9 is released!
Thanks Im gonna try it tonight.
so, anybody have tried it? any comments?
how about comparison with others?
Have been using them for a while, very nice with an authentic stock taste, I highly recommend Peter's nightlies since i never encountered any problems using them, actually they are there in Rom Manager's rom list, check the comments there, i use them with franco's kernel
Glad you like it!
hi
love to see this rom but one big question i got how is it possible to add mah to the battery ?
if you can ask me this question i will flash it ^^
greetz benji
Does the ROM have facebook sync?
I really love this rom.Fast and stable.
It would be nice to have % battery and facebook sync.

It's barebone stock ICS with a few optimizations and notification widgets, a la CM. It's probably the smoothest ROM out there, been running Pete's builds for about 2 months, never had an issue.
Pete, if its possible to implement an option to have Batt % if one choses this, for me, would be the perfect ROM.
Nice rom please add batt %.

Very very nice smooth rom. I had to switch back to aokp though since you can't add and remove nav buttons from the nav bar, other than that it was great. A stock aosp rom like this with nav bar control, battery percentage (like the bar/percent from apex or gummy), and notification toggles( which you already included) would be absolutely the perfect smooth slim rom. Thanks for your work Pete. If you add those options I'll be back otherwise just keep up the amazing work its much appreciated!

Nice rom, It's fast and stable. It also adds one of my favorite CM features: the notification power widget. I'll play around with this one for a bit. Thanks Pete
Great ROM! I was looking for something near stock and this is it. Thanks!
hi peter
ihave questions
1-do i need wipe if im coming from another rom
and do i need wipe if i want to upgrade from version to another in ur nightly roms ?
2- is 7 feb is the last version fo gsm nexus ?
3- you have ota updates?
thanks alot dowloading !
1: Yes Wipe if u come from another rom otherwise not. BUT nice to wipe always. 2: Yes. 3: don't know what u mean ?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
by ota update imean that you can upgrade and check if ihave last upgrade or not directly from rom manager or from system update without connecting the mobile with computer

Changelog
I'm running the RC2 and i can't find a changelog for the stable version. I realise ofcourse it will be more stable but i'm wondering what actually changed.
Gapps (the latest 4/29 version) does not seem to be properly installing. It will flash in CWM, but apps like Gmail will not actually show up afterwards. I have installed Gapps many times while flashing various ROMs, and have never before had this issue.
Edit: tried 3 times, no dice. Going back to V20C official ICS.

Gmail isn't included in the ICS Gapps package. Get it from the Market, geez.
Instagram
Just installed it, everything seems to be the same. But instagram still borks my phone using it. Not sure why it only works on CM10. Hope there isn't any other apps that kill my phone.
Thank you for the stable release. I honestly like CM9 more than official ICS. But the increased vibration and some apps killing the OS kills it for me.
I'll still donate, I appreciate the effort you developers do. It's almost as if you guys care for the phone more than the actual company.

I stand corrected. I remember Gapps, Youtube, Maps, etc being with the Gapps pack, but now it seems like only the Play store and Google talk are?
Will test this ROM and report back with comparisons to RC2 and V20C.

You can read the changelog to the Gapps packages here: http://wiki.rootzwiki.com/Google_Apps#Ice_Cream_Sandwich_.28Android_4.0.x.29
Initial impressions after using this ROM for a few hours:
The good: Stability seems to be improved over the CM9 nightlies and RCs. I have not had any random force crashes or reboots so far.
The screen flickering issue from the nightlies and RCs has mostly been resolved. There is still sometimes a bit of blue-ish flickering when transitioning to the home screen, but it happens less often than in earlier releases.
Battery drain so far seems similar to V20C for me. That is to say, quite decent (I can easily get a day and a half on V20C with normal use, I don't expect any different on this ROM from what I have seen so far).
Overall, probably the best CM9 release so far (not unexpected since this is the "stable" release).
The bad: UI smoothness is not as good as the V20C official ICS release. This is especially noticeable when transitioning between homescreens. On V20C, the transition between homescreens feels smooth, whereas there is a clearly noticeable lag on the CM9 stable release.
Guys, use the official dev thread. The mods will kill this one.

You choose a thread that hasn't been posted in since August 2012 to ask a question relating to a device which has no relation whatsoever to the device this particular board covers? :highfive: Kudos on that.
Also, you might try your device-specific forum... they will be more knowledgeable and readily able to answer any question you might have regarding the Galaxy Fit. http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1260 Good luck.

You really are the Flasher! Howwwyeah~~ :good::highfive:
This is an interesting ROM. I've never heard of it, nice find!
First look review
Works well on Find7a. The theme used is system wide and gives quite a nice appearance to the settings menu and other windows. Statusbar and notifications window are heavily modified. Because it is based on Paranoid Android it is nice and fast and retains the same features but it also has some of its own which I will mention below.
InspireOS launcher which is quite nice and fast. InspireOS customizer (app), which adjusts specific elements of the rom, like; Inspire colors, which seems to be a proprietary colour engine similar to the one that PA used to have so you can change colors of system ui and app elements. The InspireOS app seems to give other little options to customize as well, like a new weather option in the notification drawer. You just need to click on the top left hand corner once inside of the InspireOS app and you can make your selection. It also uses its own skin on the Google Search feature which in this rom is now called "Genius" and gives it a bit of a visual makeover.
All in all I think this rom is quite nice and polished and I encourage others to test it out at least.
Downloaded InspireOS Find7 + Gapps , will test and enjoy , hopefully ... :good:
I haven't encountered any issues with this ROM. Fast, pretty and stable.
Can't wait to have my device back. And yeah,
will try this rom for sure. And other roms too. :highfive:

Yes , so far no problems ... :good:
Tested it for a while on my Find7a.
Works quite fine for a beta version and the launcher is very nice.
Besides that, nothing that would make me switch to it as a DD right now.
But, It looks promising, so I'll check out how it's going to evolve in the future releases.
I use it about two days. And here what I've experience.
-When connecting to wi-fi, it will hot-reboot it self.
Sometime it overshoot touch on screen. I mean, when I want to typing a word, it'll out 3-5 same character.
And touch is too sensitive.

Have you fixed GPS? Have been using this for 2 weeks and battery drain is perfect. Some wrong translations with the German language but generally free of bugs. Camera works very well, though no HDR and stuff. Besides the official Meizu team is supposed to be working on a Flyme 4-based update (presumably more features) and this (Flyme 3.8.4) would be abandoned. Again this UI is aimed at a non-Android experience with many differences when it comes to details (e. g. tapping the notification bar brings the list/page back to the top as in iOS).
By the way although it's rarely the case, the original ROM should also work on F320. No report from the official forum for support of D800/1/3 but I'd doubt if it's D802 only.

It's actually that short on lollipop? I'm posting from this ROM currently (you'd notice from the CM-style signature). This ROM is CM-based with heavily modified system frameworks, so battery life is ideal and I'd say far better than stock JB and better than stock KK which I was on before, plus very smooth animation.

This day i have trouble by packing the rom into a ZIP. Trouble by twrp installing.
I think i will roll out this as it is ( twrp backup), maybe this evening

Digging the ROM. Only 2 issues I've found. Low headphone audio (seems to happen with anything that touches CyanogenMod) and no audio in browser (chrome, chrome beta, Firefox, flash fox, dolphin) or on some apps (pocket mortys).
Just chiming in... happy so far. Very snappy rom and battery seems good. Haven't tried my headphones.
Many thanks
So, I love this rom. By far my favorite I have put on my m9, and up there on my list of top roms I've ever used. So far has been flawless, snappy and showing great battery life. However, I have been having camera issues. The first week, the camera would have issues opening from time to time, but would eventually kick in within a minute or so. A few days ago the camera gave out altogether. I was using the camera app that came with it, and I figured whatever, it's probably just a glitch. So I downloaded open camera. Same issue. Also the same with Google camera, and with the camera inside the Walmart app. They all just say "serious camera issue" and the screen stays black. I was wondering if I did something wrong or if there were any suggestions. I'll work on getting a log up, I just have been very limited on free time to sit down and mess with it.

I'm just using the stock camera app for pics / videos and having no issues. Perhaps just reflash the rom?
curious if we should we expect any more updates?

Sorry I thought I locked this thread. This rom no longer has my support. I no longer own this device.
Sorry.
