If CM 10 has working NATIVE USB tether for JB why cant that be implemented into other roms....? like wicked sensations rom.... ofcourse!

try cm9.1 or speeddroid v1.4 its based on cm9.1 with some tweaks and smoothness.
Is it possible to enable:
USB OTG support (mass storage, hid, mouse, keyboard)
Is anybody have kernel to do that or modules?
