LG G4 H815 - working with Wind/Mobilicity?

Hey does anyone has the European version of the LG G4 (815) working with Wind Or Mobilicity? The reason why I'm asking because the Euro version has the FM chip enabled and it has more features than the Canadian/U.S version.

if the h815 is the same as the h815t, then no according to the network chart:

Can any one please help me with the procedure to downgrade lg g4 from marshmallow to lollipop my model no. Is H-818N it is aindian varient lg g4 dual sim.

I know you'll be wondering weather this tool can unlock the G4 bootloader(even the H818 variant) . Well the answer is "YES", It's a test so I'll need some devices on which i can test on it.
If you have an useless device(LG G4),Broken then only share with me. I don't want your fine device to be bricked. If you have an International model(H815) then only send me or if you have H818 variant (only Europe) then only share with me this.
