Installation Instructions
1. Backup your current SystemUI
Flash the SystemUI Backup Zip
2. Flash the new Xperia X Compact SystemUI Zip
If anything goes wrong, revert to original SystemUI by flashing the SystemUI Restore Zip!

After teting in z5p not working i got sustem ui error
Systemui has stooped
Lock screen work
But i got black screen in my stock rom
bootlooped me on M4 Aqua MM
i deodex system ui folder but not booted.
It works on Xperia Z2. Still not working battery care from X compact in Settings.

If you want to install it on odex you need to have superuser mode installed and after that flash this one or move the files manually with the correct permessions (THIS METHOUD MAY NOT WORK WITH OTHER SYSTEMUIs MODES)
or you can flash the deodex mode provided by @moman2000 and then this one.

This error is ok, I had it too when I was using TWRP from the FOTAKERNEL partition! Don't worry about it!

Compability:
This mod just works on full rooted & deodexed stock firmwares, both Single and Dual SIM versions.
Installation:
If you use Windows you can install it automatically, just execute install.bat
You must have:
- Drivers installed on your PC
- Busybox installed on your XM
- USB debugging enabled
Otherwise you can install it by manually replacing the files on /system/app/ with the ones on "apks" folder using Root Browser and setting permissions to rw-r--r--
Optional:
- Go to Settings > Display > Theme and set KitKat (only 4.2 right now)
- Install Xposed Framework, download GEM Xperia Xposed and/or GravityBox. Set transparencies to 0%.
- Delete or disable XperiaLockScreen.apk.

This is an excelent mod bro. I'm making my own like android L systemUI and so far what's left to finish it, is the battery icon and animations. I've used a lot of them but I just can't align it perfectly with the other status bar icons... Normaly it ends up being like 2 pixels under the wifi and signal icon's position. I'll leave a screenshot of my systemUI hoping that you know how to help me. :fingers-crossed:

- tranfer the rom to internal storage
- Boot into recovery
- Format your phone
- Install the rom
- Enjoy
And yeah, preinstalled apps will be lost if you flash the rom, but music and pictures are retained. Still, its safer to keep a backup

you dont need to wipe data
so all apps and stuff will be safe

Well I use nova launcher because i love it's customisability, in any case I should be able to help you out, otherwise you should ask on Serajr's post.
Yes I have updated to 4.4.3, and i am still using all the xposed modules mentioned above, along with a few more (see screenshot).
So what exactly is not working? Xperiahome.apk fc? Or module not loading? Or changes in module dont stick?

I agree to an extent , When I had (s)damsung phones I couldn't stand Touch-jiz(wiz) for its U.I. , It sort of felt like a joke of a Home Launcher , child's play, or gimmicky to me. So I swore by APEX or NOVA. The array of settings and features were what sold me.
When I switched over to Sony, My first one being the xperia ION, I was actually impressed at how smooth and clean the launcher was. The simplicity was nice but the lack of Icon changing and the limited preferences was a tad boring. Then Razal Lovins had posted a modded xperia launcher that I still use till this day on my t2 ultra and previous ZL, and T xperia phones.
In my case Xperia Launcher modded does it for me , I bought a SONY phone id like to keep as close to SONY because really their U.I is the greatest , the modded rizal version has everything NOVA offers except the option to customize the way the home screen behaves when swiping page to page.
Dont get me wrong NOVA is great, to each their own.
Just felt like sharing

2) Use a deodexed rom.
3) Need Super User mod (disabling of signature checking, modded services.jar or with Xperia Xposed).

Various optimizations, some little visual change too.
The main change is the theming of Lockscreen Analog Clock, this SysyemUI is ready for it, just need the Sony's app when they will release it

used on Z3 rom stock 1.28. Nav bar and status bar disappeared, can not use power button to restart :highfive:
Same problem here, I lost SystemUI; may have to put back in the original one, then do a factory reset to make it work.

I didn't make a backup so I had to create a repair zip. If you loose your SystemUI just install the repair zip I made for deodexed systems, no need to wipe caches or a troublesome factory reset.

Press and hold Power + Vol up + Vol down and the phone will reboot . Then enter recovery and restore

INSTRUCTION

Hi mate, report for this mod.
Can you use this visualizer for music player only!
I feel there is a lag in time to play music and a notification comes in, more lag again if playing a hard game.

We have experienced many reboots on Sony Xperia V official 4.3 latest firmware while using the included lockscreen (because the stock lockscreen isn't supporting the visualiser).
When turning screen on and off while having read or unread notifications and new notifications coming up at the moment of turning the screen on or off, the phone can catch a reboot.
Please fix that bug.
Moreover, music really does often lag on lockscreen.

Requirement: deodexed & superusermod

Other devices can test also (first make backup)
Flash via recovery
Visualizer will show on lockscreen & notification panel

- set permissions rw-r--r--
- move to /system/apps

First u should be on stock deodexed rom & superuser mod
Then gimme ur original framework-res.apk, SemcGenericUxp-res.apk, & SystemUI.apk

What's ur device? Try it with all xposed module disabled, superuser mod from patched services.jar directly
I don't have device running stock rom, but CyanogenMod styles work perfectly on my Xperia V running Enfriar Z5
Hello guys, me again with small mod
Many others in my rom Thread/group asked me about this mod
Because the sony removed the defaults to select the other apps and set Album as default
So i had removed Album as default and that you can select as you like (quickpic, album etc.,)

If you need this for your devices just provide me the semcCameraUI.apk form priv-app
but sure this should work with all the Z devices running 5.0 lollipop

i had removed the default of album to open
and ask us for " to choose the app for picture " but not album until you select

actually my mod on 5.0 had a minor bug on application choose of Face registration and Touchblock force closes
now those were solved in this new 5.1 so no worries have fun mates

I am trying to add it to my rom but I have some problems, maybe you can help?
problem is, if I apply your modded SemCameraUI.apk directly in the rom, and clean flash my rom, after first boot the camera app FC
BUT, if I don't include your fix in the rom, and do this way:
- clean flash my rom without your fix
- boot
- test camera > OK
- reboot to recovery and apply your fix
- reboot and test camera + fix > working fine!
do you know how is that possible? TIA!

i tried already but still FC ;(
also clean installing my rom with included your fix there shouldn't be any existing data about camera after first boot.. right?!
the original lib folder must stay there right?
so strange that including the modded file in the rom doesn't work, while flashing the zip after first boot it then works..!!!??
Everything works fine on my Z3 5.1.1, great job :good:
