Unrevoked problems with Linux x86_64 (SOLVED)

Hi all,
I was trying to root with unrEVOked 3.1 on a 64bit Ubuntu installation and hit this problem and found a solution so I thought I'd post it up here to help any other newbies like me
Problem (running from terminal)

I assume the problem is that reflash is 32 bit and my libs are 64, so install
frozenfox.freehostia.com/cappy/getlibs-all.deb
then

getlibs libgioremote-volume-monitor.so
This will install the 32 libs / gvfs and reflash is happy.

This was my first attempt. unrevoked reported "done" in the end, but it didn't work. Now I followed your suggestion:

Same error messages. And again it didn't work although unrevoked reported "done".
This is on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit. Any help appreciated.

Sorry, apparently it DID work. Titanium Backup was reporting a failure with root access, but that was down to a not-working BusyBox. Titanium downloaded an alternative, crashed with force close on restart but after a second restart it worked.
So potentially the first rooting without the 32bit libraries might have worked as well?

[Q] How to revert back to stock recovery and relock bootloader?

Hello everyone!
I have tried to root my phone and install freegee to try out some custom roms. Everything worked fine till I finally had my hands on experience of the rom which I didnt like because of some aspects rid my essential phone needs like internet speed.
my question is how can I revert back to custom recovery and bootloader?
I tried to flash it using the old KDZ updater (which worked fine before) but after numerous attempts, the process gets interrupted. The error occurs and and my phone goes out of download mode and goes into fast boot. here's the log from the KDZ updater:

the other variant of the KDZ updater using LG tool always says that my phone's battery is running low when in fact its battery is on 90%. Any inputs would be appreciated.

Little reading help, exact same problem discussed multiple times
When phone turns to boot loader, restart again in download mode and it well resume.

TWRP Backup Error=1

If I want to do a full backup on my external SD card, I always get concerning the system image following error message:

Everything else works without problems . I have tried it with the versions 2.8.6.1 and 2.8.7.1 - both unsuccessful. I am currently on the floor V10c ( D ) with root . I have on Google and can not find anything useful , I hope you can help me !

Help with building Ubuntu Touch for the 1+3

Because i love Ubuntu i am willing to try to build Ubuntu Touch for the 1+3.
I installed "phablet-dev-bootstrap" and when i try to run it it just hangs... :crying:

i have been checking other forum too , \
and i found a chat on stack-exchange 15 day old than today ,
this happened because server hosting files ran out of storage or something ,
and some important files got deleted , they restored those files some of them were able to sync but
problem is back again , i am writing this wondering if there is a way around
i cant post links to the chat as its my first

Encryption fails with LOS13

After flashing an M9 with LOS 13, the device does not encrypt and fails to start. I get the following error in logs:
