hi All,
I'm new to this forum, i have an HTC DHD locked to telus carrier. Can you suggest me a Tool or process on unlocking such that i can use it on any network.

HTC has released a unlocked bootloader for your carrier
you just have to register on HTC dev..
and follow the instructions...

then you can find tools here to unlock radio and sim here

DO NOT USE THE HTC DEV METHOD. Use the ace hack kit and be done with it. A search would have found this for you

unlocking bootloader is different thing with unlocking network...
so if you just unlocking your bootloader is not mean you had already unlocking your network..
if you wanna unlocking your network phone..then you can using AAHK2 script method..this is a simple method will debrand / unlocking sim network of your phone, also unlocking and s-off your phone bootloader too..
you can look further more in here..and just read a carefully step by step and requirement for running that script..

I relocked bootloader after unlocking it in my htc desire 820.How to unlock bootloader.any ideas??

Follow the last part of the bootloader unlock guide at HTCDev.com, all you need to do is reflash the unlock token you were given from HTCDev.
Do keep in mind reunlocking your bootloader will completely wipe the internal storage, all your apps and data not on the SD card will be deleted, so do make a backup of your files
i m htc one m9 user i rooted my phone but when i relock my bootloader it stuck in boot menu
phone always reboot in boot menu it says

Why'd you relock it? Unlock it the same way you did the first time. If that doesn't work try to get a new unlock token. I'd say.
