Dear all - I have HTC 816 Duel Sim Mobile.Phone details as follows
Androide Version : 4.4.2
HTC Sense - 5.5
Software Number - 1.0.0.D816
HTC SDK API Level - 5.69
Baseband - 1.13.3230.xxxxxxxx
My Problems -
1) How can I update it to 4.4.4 ? - it Doesn't appear Software Update Menu at all
2) could I able to get Lollipop ?
3) How to find out my phone was Original or Not ??

It looks like you've got the Chinese variant. if so, you can look it up in the forum, there is a way to update your phone to the latest ROM. no lollipop is available for any variant of 816 yet, but if an update comes in the future, you will most probably be able to use it.
To get lollipop you could flash CM12, but it wouldn't be official lollipop from HTC.

I don't know how to install lollipop in my HTC EYE.
It is an imported mobile from hong kong and it don't have the camera options as were in HTC eye....
Also still it is in 4.4.4.......
So i want to update it to lollipop....
I downloaded 1.7GB file and some others.....
Please help me how to install the lollipop on my device as i don't know anything about how install lollipop.
Please tell me step by step process.....

Guys do all these roms work on htc desire 816g? I just want to update lollipop and for some reason my phone isn't getting the lollipop update so I tried finding the link to update it manually but no download files. can any of you help me in this? would be grateful
