there is this toolkit available, you can try this although i've not tried the date backup personally. i chaged dpi through this toolkit and it worked perfectly.

Kitkat rom with working Waze?

I tried most of kitkat roms in here but none of them works with Waze (navigation app), while in jb it works fine
Could someone try and report here if you have one working with Waze (no fc/black screen).
My question is about an app but rom- related so I post here.
Thanks in advance

Thanks. I tried that one, still fc/black screen.
Maybe the way we install is also important, for example, i flashed twrp with zip file then any rom 4.2 did not boot.
How did you install the rom?

Seems the issue is caused by sd card,
Formatted and now rarely see problems

Enable Reboot from Power button

Hi friends,
I have a Nexus 5x with 6.0.1 Os.
Is there an option to enable Reboot action while pressing the Power button ? (The only choice i have is Power-off)
Thanks a lot,
Jonathan
Xposed or custom rom

pretty sure there's no way to enable this without unlocked BL and/or root, since any app you DL won't have the permission from the system to do so.

@kenbo111 tnx for helping me...but can u tell me do i have to go with OTA or full ROM ???

[Question] Need help on updating to marshmallow on previously rooted zenfone 2.

Hello everyone. It has been awhile I touched my parent's asus zenfone 2 american version. The model number is Asus_z00AD when I went into the About screen. It is currently rooted running on Android 5.0. The baseband is ww_2.20.40.97_20150917. I forgot the method I used to root it but it is a method that was supposed to let me do OTA without any issue, however there is a system update available that I tried to do but it failed. Since android 6 just released for this phone, is there a way I can start completely over and install android 6? Like restore to stock 5.0 or what not and then do the android 6 update and then root?

Thank you for the link! How do I unroot my asus zenfone 2?
Don't need to worry about it. The first part will get you back to pure stock.

Oh ok, because I read that the OP said to unroot first before doing anything.

I've been trying to do that but I keep getting con not found flash_all_bat
When I look in the file once extracted there is no flash.all or flash all bat etc all that stuff
It's simply not in the zip
Any suggestions?

Not sure. I have used Mi Flash on my Mix 2 numerous times flashing between the stable and beta ROMs without issues.
