Hi i tried to relock bootloader with fastboot oem lock command but i forget to unroot. Now restart only in bootloader mode RELOCKED security warning. I tried to unlock again with fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin and restart to bootloader with RELOCKED security warning.

Make new Unlock_code.bin and try again.

Locked it back for OTA.
I want to reunlock it. Do I have to fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin or can I just oem unlock as it's already been unlocked before?

U have to flash the token again untill we have S-Off

You can unlock and relock many times, relock with the file sended by htcdev and relocked by: fastboot oem lock

Can anyone please tell how to unroot and lock bootloader?
To unroot
Go to supersu app and select full unroot
To relock bootloader
Enter fastboot mode then in cmd type fastboot oem lock
Did anyone manage to unlock the bootloader after being relocked by installing a RUU ?

You just have to use the same unlock_code.bin that you initially used to unlock the bootloader for the first time. Go to the fastboot mode and use the below command on your command prompt:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin.
This will factory reset your mobile so backup your important stuff before you do it. I corrupted my 64GB micro sd-card by leaving inside the phone while unlocking the bootloader. So please be aware of that and remove it while unlocking the relocked bootloader.

I flashed latest firmware on my HOX. To do that bootloader should be relocked. so I relocked bootloader and flash new firmware successfully. but now I want to flash custom rom but before that I want to flash custom recovery..but I cant custom recovery without unlocking bootloader again..
when I try to flash recovery this shows

if you kept the bin file sent by htcdev then you can unlock bootloader with fastboot command:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
