Very good Thanx.

It's great.

I didnt want to spam the official thread with offtopics. So I installed Nougat and my sd card was not recognizable and there wasgapps issue too. So I am back to CM13. But still my sdcard is shown as unrecognizable. What do i do now? My sd card is not getting recognized in my laptop. I cannot format my sdcard as I have a lot to backup. @PecanCM . Can you please help?
And after installing Cm13, volume down button get me to cyanogenmod recovery and not twrp recovery. I guess this started happening after flashing the twrp zip which made my phone to bootloop and made me to install cm13 over again.
EDIT: Tried with twrp 3.0.2.0 by enabling mtp, but still internal storage is only shown. Sd card is shown as 0 mb in recovery. So is my data gone from sd card?

maybe it doesnt mount exfat properly?
I'm using an old 4gb card formatted as fat32, it works well.
btw, how do we root this? I flashed UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip but it doesn't work. halp.

Guys How to root it? Flashing SuperSU doesn't work.

I just wanna ask, if the repurposed button will work even the device is off? I've got a broken power button and I edited gpio-keys.kl so now the camera button acts as the power button. Will it work when my phone is powered off? Thanks.

nah doesnt work for me.

i have flashed rom and gapps zip through recovery, but when setting up the phone, it gives frequent errors like settings have stopped, setup wizard has stopped. and returning back to setup screen.
is it because my phone model is xperia m c1904 not c1905??

Hi Bubor,
Thanks for the help last time and sorry for the late reply. I've been really busy lately.
I've installed the Rom and it is pretty smooth.
But I did notiice the below problems.
1. The music player, when minimized, does not play the songs correctly.
The sound is muffled or completely drained.
2. If the screen is on, incoming calls don't show on the screen
They to into the background and only visible in Notification bar.
Can you please let me know if this is just with my device or an actual bug

Depends on your needs. So that you know, the Aroma package is full package Gapps with an option to choose what app you want to install using scripts, still the same using recovery, but with graphical chooser.
Other package can do the same, but you need to make a file of list which app you don't want to install. But nano is good to go if only need the basic Gapps.
Personally, I like to leave /system with lesser app, lighter mean faster/smoother I believe. So nano it is.

Root android N

Hello everyone,
after flashed Android N, I've tested twrp 3.0.0 and supersu 2.68. If you change the vendor, putting one of MMB29V version, it will be the decrypting data, but when it flash a supersu, the installation is successful, but when you restart the phone, the system is not rootato. How I can fix this issue? Thanks a lot

Same issue here...I dont think it is possible, easily anyway. If you notice after it boots back into TWRP your internal storage is displayed as empty. All storage is. It says the installation is succeessful, but I think after it pushed the root files to ypur phone and rebooted to flash them, it could not as the files were no longer there......I don't know though.....Good luck!!

Regarding Root I have used phh's modified boot image from somewhere in XDA the link of which I forgot and fastboot flashed. With that I have installed phh superuser from Google play store and root works. However, some apps doesn't approve the SuperSU and busybox doesn't get installed. Meantime, there are multiple boot images for rooting N. If interested you can try the images one by one and post your results here

Try a custom kernel, most of the time when it's stuff like Bluetooth or WiFi, it's kernel related.

You can try with either. Just flash a custom recovery on your phone (TWRP recommended) and then look for Kernel's in the development thread and follow instructions.
I would suggest using This rom that includes its own kernel in the installing procedure: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...m-phronesis-mm-rom-v1-0-feature-rich-t3463244
Use TWRP 2.8.7

Exact issue that WIFI is turning On and Off, and if turned on not working.
Also Bluetooth not working too.
History:
I was on stock T-Mobile ROM, then installed TWRP and setup lineage-14.1-20170823-nightly-hlte-signed, it worked good for 2 days then WIFI & Bluetooth stopped.
I tried install stock ROM again with the same issue.

Well if even with stock you're not getting your WiFi and Bluetooth to work, I'm afraid it might be hardware related.
Only thing I can suggest is to take it to a repair center :/
