I occasionally use mobilism market app to try out new apps. So while checking for app updates from mobilism market app I noticed there were two facebook listings and so I uninstalled them with mobilism app. So I was wondering were face book apps in the system folder I checked with rom tool box afterwards and didn't see them. So you know what i'm saying.
Ok maybe I don't know what i'm saying

Is anyone else having problems installing Facebook home on their phone, because everyone says that you can install it on the galaxy note 2, but its not working on mine it says my phone isn't supported?
I'm having the same problem. Thought it was cos I have an N7105 not N7100 but I'm not sure.
Make sure you have updated Facebook app.
Then in the Facebook app, go to settings and check "enable Facebook home"
I tried it for a couple of hours then uninstalled it.
But when I installed it the first time, I made my Nova launcher the default launcher.
That left the facebook home only as a lock screen and nothing else.
I think that as a simple lock screen it works better

Weird,. I just made sure both Facebook app and Facebook messenger were latest version and then straight install. No problems at all.

I have my note 3 rooted running stock rom with just a couple of apps disabled frozen such as chat on, s voice, pen up, etc. Nothing that should interfere with the system or anything. But my email app will just force close sometimes Idk why. Has this been happening to anybody else?

Try clearing the data on the email app and the exchange app. Reboot the device and see if that fixed it

I have pinpointed it to when new mail is arriving.force closes 100% of the time.
I think I've found the culprit. I froze the 2 'my magazine' files.
Upon restoring them the email and Touchwiz stopped force closing. If I refreeze them, email FCs 100% of the time when new mail arrives.

I am on Sprint, but have had the same issue--once I defrosted the magazine apps, the issue went away.
Nice!
For some reason my xda forum app keeps getting uninstalled. I have it in a folder on my home screen, and it's still there but when I click it it opens the play store with the option to install.
Possibly related, my yahoo account keeps getting dropped. I don't get any email and when I open yahoo it makes me login again. And there's tons of email.
Another odd bug I've noticed is the first word swipe typing is usually way off and always a much smaller word the word I wad going for? God I hate not having root
Any info is appreciated
No one else has had any of these problems or knows how to fix them? Bump
Some how it got installed to sd instead of device. I moved it to the device. Hopefully that fixes it

Do you have photos upload over mobile data on?
Nope and I have sync off.

And you turn it off from the google settings, yes? And not from the account sync option for google photos backup. It snatched 871mb of my data yesterday.

Sounds like something like this. That's a crazy amount of data.
Maybe try installinga better app to monitor data traffic and figure out what's using it.
I actually just found it to be the twitch game streaming app, which is kind of odd considering that it is registering under android os and not twitch.
Sent from my LG-H811 using XDA Free mobile app
Yeah, crazy. But for some reason the google photos settings doesn't stick. I came to know it was it when i check data usage. When i check in account settings, google account keep on syncing. Checking further, the refresh arrow is next to google photos backup. No matter how many times i force it to stop, it keeps on running. Then when I check in google setting, it does have the Google Photos setting. I disable that, and boom. It's gone.
My phone went crazy hot during that time. But since i was traveling, i didnt pay any attention to it. Silly me.
