Do A FULL WIPE...i.e you messed up somewhere in your encryption .
Beware you will lose data.
connect to a pc in twrp and backup your content and then do a full format and then transfer rom and gapps and supersu and flash.
Hope this helps..!!
U mean to say ..wipe the internal storage as well...along with cache dalvik etc..then go for flashing ?? Is it...

Dont worry do as i say...
Boot into recovery twrp...
connect to your pc by usb.
copy all your data and backup folder of twrp...
it is usually TWRP folder
transfer to pc and done.
Now do a clean format in twrp that would do your decryption.
for a clean oos 3.2.4 use freedom os 1.4 find it on xda
flash it gives you a full aroma installer with root and audio mods.
Now make it boot
you now have stock oos rooted.
copy back all your data from your pc to your OP3.
Thanx .for this...but...will this twrp folder help me in restoring via twrp later.

Yup.......if you made a backup of your ROM earlier.
You could just put this folder on your phone and twrp would recover it.

I flashed the Paranoid 3.6 rom and it deleted everything from my internal sd so ok, i put everything in back again and now was about to change roms from Paranoid to Pacman but i saw that my "sd" was different than how it should be (it had the first files. Had with the paranoid zip and gapps instead of the pacman and everything i just inserted) so it lookd like there were two internal sd (one inside of another) and i tried restoring from inside the phone to delete every file so i won't have them twice (didn't work) and as last choise i tried to format the sd from CWM and i did, the thing is that first i had deleted the system, made all the wipes like i was going to flash a new rom and now i have nothing in the internal SD to flash and have no system to run :| when i boot on the phone it just flashes the LG logo and turn back off. All i can do is get into fastboot mode and get into CWM.
How can i solve this if my pc doesn't let me either get anything inside the SD or even recognizes the phone?
Thanks.
No one? .-.

Exactly
If you deleted system and then sdcard you need to adb push a Rom while in CWM and then flash it.

Meh, can't flash stock via kdz cause it weight more than 1gb and the kdz offline thingy doesnt allow files bigger than that.
i'm bored of CM rom 'cause 4.4 is not ready yet and i prefer 4.3 stock vs CM based, so i will flash the stock one... how i... or what i must uncheck to prevent delete my files.. i haven't SD card now.. =/
so... i must....
thanks for your help...
If you're on any CM based rom and want to go back to Stock (especially to an earlier Android version) you need to wipe everything in order to work correctly.
Flash via flashtool and just leave everything checked as is.

There is one more option. You can backup using moborobo, but I'm not sure if it creates backup for app data's

you should be able to choose to wipe your data partition without wiping the Internal Storage... (should be one of the options on your recovery... which recovery are you running?)

If you backed up using cwm, only the app "Rom manager" will allow you to see your backups. And you are only able to locate and transfer them to your PC if you have the paid version of Rom Manager. If you want to go back to stock using flashtool, unfortunately you will lose your files as a SD card wipe is mandatory thru flash tool.

Well, if he's using a PC to do this, he should be able to also mount the drive and copy everything off... (if he's running CWM, he can mount it as a USB drive and not deal with the MTP method of access...)

Greetings friends of the Forum. I installed and uninstalled many roms, now appeared a bug that I do not know if it is caused for had made many installed Roms customs. with all the customs ROMs every often and with a simple tasks like opening an app the Xperia ZL crash about 2 or 3 minutes and then reboot. So my question is how to make a Super Wipe from Recovery? I mean clean the whole phone (Except MicroSD) so deleted safely all the data in the internal memory and phone for then I can Installs a rom Stock (*. tft). Right now I already Flashed Stock Rom, through Flashtool, the last versión (.569) and I am testing it to see if the bug is fixed and see if the failure appeared only with the customs roms. I want to make you know that I have used Custom roms Stable and nightlys and both versions crashed and rebooted.

Don't wipe sdcard, that is your sdcard and you may have files there you don't want wiped. System, data, cache, and dalvik-cache are the ones to wipe.

Shouldn't be an issue... are you still having problems?
If you're having problems, and don't care about anything on your phone...
Pull your external SD, and use the Sony tool to flash a clean downloaded sony stock rom to your phone.
You'll lose root, but if you're having problems anyway, it might be a good idea to just go back to a complete factory reset...

Hi,
After i made some modifications in build.prop (screen is broken so it trigger my back and menu all the times so i tried to enable softkey), my phone is stuck in bootloop on the samsung logo.
I tried to reflash my rom (omnirom) thinking that it would solve my problem formatting /system but no luck, still bootloop.
I tried using twrp file manager to restore the copy of build.prop i maded, i try to retsore permission but still no luck and bootloop.
I could use any help on this,
Thx all

I just noticed the same thing.. went to clear cache and nothing..
Not installing this until I see a few successful attempts, or just stay patient and wait until it comes up on my updates.. lol.
Edit: got super impatient.. installed from SD through stock recovery and everything seems to be working. Didn't format anything, yet. Just wanted to make sure it worked.

The only option is to install a custom recovery to obtain custom options. I've tried mounting the system part to see if any more options came up and nothing. I believe the ROMs are baked to clear caches before and after flashing. With how long it takes to boot after flashing, it's definitely repaging something..
