Hi, I'm using Resurection Remix and lots of custom ROM for over a month, but no one as battery friendly and stable as stock MM. So i would like to ask can we unlock MM by now? So I can flash TWRP and backup, flash and do other things. And safe way to revert to stock 5.0 (Not fastboot flash bom-token blablabla)? I brought my Z008 to service center because of this. If there is a way, plz reply me with a link to that thread(s). Thanks in advance

Yes there is an unlock but it doesn't allow for much. Just use the forum search to find it.

Is that the "2 click one" ? I had tried that before and it didn't work for ze550ml on .69 firmware
And if i unlock sucessful, which root should I flash? The non-system or the normal (Chainfire's) one?

hi,
I am using a Xperia S and in need of your help please.
Some time ago, i installed a custom firmware. Below are details of my phone:
Android Version: 4.1.2
Baseband Version: 8660-AAABQOLYM-314010-28
Kernel Version: 3.0.55-FXP+ [email protected] #1
CyanogenMod Version: 10-20121221-UNOFFICIAL-nozomi
I am having issues with my external speaker. It does not work at all. I want to switch back to the stock firmware..exactly how i bought the phone.
How do i do that? Also, will the warranty work again if i go back to the official stock ?
Thanx

Hi,
I Just got my Z00AD with Z3560 and 4GO RAM.
I had it from Gearbest.
My Rom is LRX21V.WW-ASUS_Z00A-2.15.40.13_20150506_3876_user, it seems not to be le last on... but no OTA update !!!
I guess it's because my recovery is LRX21V.CN-ASUS_A00A-2.13.40.13_20150401_8390_user .... a chineese one !!!
Am I right ?
Can I flash another recovery t have OTA update from Asus ? wich should I choose ?
Thanks to help me
Two things you can do
If your going to root and install custom roms then just root, unlock bootloader, and install twrp and flash away!
If you want stock for now then flash 551ml stock recovery
thank you, where can I find It ? How can I flaxh It ???? thx a lot

I have been reading this forum for several weeks.
My goal is to install cyanogen13.0 but unfortunately my research did not allow me to clarify several issues ...
I know you can tell me to go read and search but I have done that ... made questions on some topics ... but I still have doubts.
If someone can help me:
- Unlock bootloder
I have last MM version (4.21.40.223) how can i unlock bootloder? with the official asus app? In that case i have to downgrade to Lollipop?
Can i use this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ze...nfone2-android-6-0-beta-unlock-t3411264/page4
with 4.21.40.223?
- Twrp
Can i use 3.0.2 to flash custom rom´s?
I read that is not possible

You can install TWRP but no custom ROMs until someone finds an unofficial Bootloader unlock which may never comes
For TWRP search for TWRP in fish on XDA or just check my signature

Good morning everyone,
I would like to downgrade from LineageOS to Stock firmware for my asus zenfone 2 ZE551ML?
I made some research but i am afraid there is not a clear topic about that.
I would like to downgrade to an stable stock firmware (LP or KK). With LineageOS , my battery is draining too much and i can not use my phone for a day for example.
Thanks for your futurs answers.
(Sorry for my english)

Do you want to completely wipe and go all stock? If so, the asus flash tool and the appropriate raw file is the best way to do it. If you don't mind a custom stock based rom, then I'd suggest Borets ROM. Just wipe and flash.

Thank you for your quick reply !
Yes i would like to go back to a stock firmware, a stable one with a very good battery life on the ZE551 ML model. Could you please advise me about the asus flash tool? Indeed, i remember that when i flashed the LineAgeOS , i completly changed the bootloader. I followed this topic: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ze...rom-official-cyanogenmod-14-1-weekly-t3545692
I wrote this message because i do not want to brick my phone and if other people want to do the same i would like to help them with this topic.
