Go to Settings-->Sound/Audio--> Scroll down and you will see the option for disabling it.
I've bought this product and I can confirm that for now there is no way to remove the vibration when you press the buttons

No, it's not "only" for "white P8". It's a transparent foil !
I have touchplus from 20.10.2015 and it's still very good ( no scratches or so). I don't remember how long it take until I received, but this foil is a useful thing.

I know the P8 is five years old indeed, but it was a flagship phone, and while you can still find lots of accessories and replacement parts for it everywhere, this particular accessory seems to have completely vanished from the market.

Same :/ - Pretty annoying, however the screen does remakrablly stay clean! - Scratches seem to be avoidable if your not abusing it, but I still want that peace of mind - ie using dirty fingers xD

Got it from Carphone Warehouse and its a universal one, so ill have to cut it to size myself.
With this quality of screen though, I get the impression a screen protector might not be needed. It feels pretty scratch resistant unless your clumsy and don't keep it in a case of some sort.
I fail to see how general usage could lead to scratches.

1. I bought a cheap smart case from my local night market, it is a lot cheaper than the "original" one from the phone store, does it works the same as well? I mean, well the night market one possibly damage my device?
2. When i use my "smart case", when i flip it open, the screen turns blue first before goes into the lockscreen. when i unlock, it flashes blue screen too before i can see my homescreen. is that normal?

Not normal, I have an oem case no issues with magnet at all.
I got it for 25.00 us, I have seen some slightly used ones on ebay also in the 20 dollar range.

Just installed the TouchPlus film on my H60-L02. Works perfectly. Screen navigation buttons still tended to pop up sometime (for example swiping from below to use Utter!), so I found out that if you add the following to the build.prop in system/, you can permanently disable the navigation bar from showing up.
qemu.hw.mainkeys = 1
If you have any questions about the TouchPlus, let me know! By the way, I bought it online from b2cbuying.com for $15.99 including shipping from China to Costa Rica.

Sorry adrien38, but all I had to do was activate touchplus in the "smart assistance" section of the phone's settings. Can't really help you debug if that's not working on your device. BTW, I have a H60-L02.

Ughh, I don't know when will I receive an official OTA but upgrading to EMUI 3.0 to get this feature sounds fair enough. But any idea how this technically works Or someone can cast some light on this part of technology :angel: ? I mean the TouchPlus film itself (couldn't find much off the WWW about it)? Is it like we have an extended touch digitizer towards the bottom of the phone H/W? If so... why do we really need a special screen film, just to get the printed keys ? Also if the printed keys were glowing ink(of radium florescent properties) it'd have been awesome to be able to see them in dark. :silly:

Well,I get one as a gift of a Huawei official survey.This tip added three keys at the botton of front screen(botton white/black part),use three invisible under-film wire transform your click electronic-information to three squareness point on the bottom borderline of display/touch part...Then a little app in EMUI3.0 will recognize these click information and get your click active...
The top part work the same as the bottom part,left corner to active record function,right part to active camera and capture a photo immediately.
If you can understand my poor english,this introduction is easy to undersand....

I think Huawei have not release touchplus film for Honor 6 Plus yet.

I am assuming 6's touchplus film works on 6 Plus. So I am thinking of, cutting bottom part of the 6's touchplus film and using it on 6 plus. Not sure if it works but will try

Finally, after 16 weeks of waiting my TouchPlus arrived. I own an H60-L04 (Europe) and installed the Film. The Smartphone asked me directly if i want to activate TouchPlus

I'm about to try replace my screen on my OPO. There are just so many sellers, it's hard to choose one.
Either way I need the type A with the keypad light.
Many sellers does not specify wither which type or if it's with or without the keypad lights. And sometimes the picutures of the product does not match.
I'm very intrested of which seller from eBay/Alibaba etc you have bought from and are satiesfied with the product.

Thanks for answer. The Vifocal one I have seen as well. But there is only 1 reference to it as I can find and the communication/support was not so good either. So it does not feel like a good/safe choice.
The alibaba has only 5 sellings and only 2 reviews and 1 one them says defective so that is not a good/safe choice either

I have already stripped down my broken phone into pieces and only need a new screen to install.
Buy from vifocal, I bought mine from eBay and it has touchscreen issues. The top half of screen registers 2 touches for on and renders it useless so now I have to purchase another. Alibaba/vifocal I would recommend, no matter where you purchase it will be slow shipping from China just stay away from eBay. Also you can use a or b screen they just have to be threaded through different holes in the frame

Suggest you buy fron vifocal website,this is only professonal website to sell the oneplus lcd screen.becasue on other site their lcd screen the softkey illumination light can't work after you fix the screen.in order to save money i bought from other site you can see my oneplus the touch key no lights!!! i have to say the money really not worth save!!when this happen i have to buy another lcd screen from vifocal.com again and this problem solve it at once.

I replaced my screen with one from eBay. First lcd didn't work but the next did work ok.
I attached the new screen with double sided tape, which I used a lot for sure.
I got some time today to rebuild my borken OPO!
The screen works perfectly! Even the buttons lights up! Not as well as my new phone but still. Screen is really well responsive.

Disassembly was not that difficult, all you need is a size 3 torx en small phillips screwdriver.

Odd that one list it as "Original Full LCD Screen" where as the HW1 has an OLED screen.
I know buddy it mentions it as lcd screen but we all know you cannot manufacture a lcd for oled watch can you? So it is just for reference purpose you can contact further to the seller for in detail description of the replacement screen
