Do I need to lock the bootloader or anything like the HTC or run software on the computer to take me back to stock? That's how HTC worked just wondering

A simple search would have done the trick. Please search before posting and always remember, Google is your friend. [emoji2]

Maybe if the search on XDA was better I'd use It... A lot of Google stuff was outdated what I found.. Thanks anyway

Is there a working recovery or roms for this phone yet? Can any of the S6 or Edge roms work on the Edge Plus? Trying to get advice for a new phone on Sprint and can not stay factory on a phone with such great specs. Should I just go for the HTC One M9? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

No roms for now and u can only flash s6+ roms on it but HTC is not where u want to go
No recovery or rom, but root has been confirmed to work on both the original and the newest firmware. It'll break Samsung Pay and trip Knox.

Hi there, wifi not working and called LG who will take it back for test/repair as it is under warranty. Need to remove TWRP and install stock recovery. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this and where I get the image from?

I'm looking for stock recovery also, H811, tmobile variant. You know where I could find it, been looking for days with no luck. I found a stock complete rom, but no recovery...
If you can't find it on xda I wouldn't know where else you would. Sorry I can't be of any more help.

I think I found one, I need 10i? Marshmallow
I've been away from the Android scene for a while and just got a vzw m9 on 6.0. I've rooted and everything before but it's been a while.
I just want to know can my phone be rooted and able to install roms and xposed? If so can someone link a thread with the needed files and info? Thanks

Hello everybody,
I just got a lg e980 from my dad, it's from at&t and it comes stock with all their apps and rom.
I do not need the at&t functionality because I'm on a whole other continent but it's a decent phone and I'd like to use it.
Can i just follow one of the rooting guides, root, custom recovery and rom? Or am I missing something here that will render the phone useless?
I'd appreciate help on it.
Thanks
Niamul

Potentially yes. Be aware that the guided to follow differs from which version of stock rom you start from. In any case download the kdz files and the flashing tool in case you need to go back to stock.

Thanks heaps for your advice, I'll get the stock files and flasher first before I proceed
