Some time ago, i updated my phone to 20h England via LGUP and i lost my H+ signal. The phone started to give only H (which is apprx. 8 Mbps speed). Before that I always had H+. Then i did factory reset, installed two different KDZ (which i used before). Yet, no H+ signal anymore. I deleted and reconfigured APN. Bu no chance... I tried my friends 4g sim card and it used 4g, but mine is a 3g+ sim card, so no 4g band for me. Do you know how to get H+ signal back? Shall i flash via TWRP, "system + boot + modem + bootloader" flashable zip files of 20A from http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/development/stock-h815-20a-stock-images-kdz-t3232282 ? Can flashing modem zip file help? Do you have any advice?

My lg g4 shows only H on 3g mode.I am getting upto 17mbps.
mine only gives 6-7 Mbps

Ok i can flash any of the cm9 roms and have full signal in places i know i should have full signal. I use straight talk att sim. So i don't get lte but get excellent hspa+ speeds. I made a backup of v10f(used the unbricked guide) And i went back to that backup, no problem. Til i load back up it just shows one bar! No matter where i go in town it shows one bar in place i know i should have full bars! Then data is slow as well. So is there any solution for this? I want to go to ics cwm leak but i know that if gb is doing this the ics leak will probably do the same?
Solved went and did the unbrick method from the adb shell part. When i booted back to v10f att firmware i had full hspa and still had root!
Im using a D855 LG G3 running the bumped v20F stock firmware (see the android dev thread) with no issues except this one...
Im currently in singapore using a SIM card that supports 4G on a network that has good 4G coverage (M1) but i simply cannot get LTE/4G to work at all.
Ive tried the WCDMA/LTE/GSM/Auto in mobile settings and it always without fail sticks on "H". Via the hidden menu i select "LTE Only" and i get no data connection icon (or data) at all.
Searching the mobile networks ive tried manually selecting the M1 advertising as LTE on the list but the same thing - it defaults to "H" and wont shift off there.
The APN im using is the one advertised by M1 for 3G and 4G coverage.
I dont think this is a ROM problem hence posting it here but ive got no idea how to solve it. Anyone got any ideas what else i can do/change or check ?
Other than rooted, the stock ROM is not modified or customised in any way - it was a factory reset, clean install.
Similar issue in Argentina, with 20b on my D855. Tried using the 3845#855# code, selecting even the LTE only thing, but nothing, no LTE. SIM card and service is working right (tested on a Nexus 5).
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Try reinstalling LTEConfigs.apk under system/app
Unfortunately, I can't root or flash anything on this phone until I know it can use our LTE bands, or should I return it. Any other way?
Hi.
I have D855 16GB, Indonesia region.
I just flashed my phone after replacing the emmc part.
After boot up, i realized that my phone no longer able to use 3G or LTE connection.
It stuck with 2G for the data connection.
I tried with several kdz, from kitkat to latest lollipop for my region v21a.
Any idea what cause this?
For the record, i did restore data connection w/ qpst tool an qcn file.

Update:
Just tested with>> gsm/wcdma/lte preferred i got 4G network
Gsm/wcmda i got edge
Wcdma only i got blank signal.

Hi guys. When i flash the marshmallow firmware i obtain this:
If i flash all the needs seen in the Full Odin Package thread, i obtain a system without 3g and h+, but only 4g lte, and when the signal goes low, turns off or goes edge. More over, no internet data and router toggle.
If i flash only the AP, i obtain another situation. Same build, same system (obvious), but internet and router toggle reappers and signal obtains 3g, h, h+ and 4g! But, i obtain ONLY 16 GB on 32gb of internal storage!!!! What to do?
EDIT: SOLVED!!!!!! Just boot in recovery, wipe data and cache and.. ta daaaaan! 32gb! Please mod, give an appropriate title for this. Could help a lot
Hi.
I got problems with signal drops every 10 sec or so.
So I tried to flash 21C, 21A and 20P modem without any luck.
Was first when I also flashed RPM/TZ my signal drop problem was solved.
But, I got a new problem.
I can't get any connection on LTE.
It's like I'm not allowed on the LTE-network, its grayed out with a !.
No problem with surf on GSM and UMTS/WCDMA.
Using TurboRom.
Do I need to try this?

I installed RR custom rom and now LTE works.
I guess I just needed to flash the modem a second time.
