I have been reading various threads regarding custom ROMs to find one suitable for me. In many ocassions decryption of OOS is mentioned, but I could not find simple answer for one question:
If I want to install custom ROM (CM or AOSP based is my preference) do I have to decrypt my current Oxygen OS ROM? I'm on Oxygen OS v3.2.1. with official TWRP and root.
I am no stranger to instaling custom ROMs (I have been doing it for years on my Galaxy SIII), but it is the first time I have encountered encrypted OS. Please, advice on how can I install a custom ROM the easist way.

I've installed for the past week on my FIND 7a '' THE BIG PROJECT SPECTRUM'' and I have some bugs that I really can't go along.
Does anyone know how to downgrade to coloros or better to cyanogenmod? or other custom rom??
Before the spectrum i was on cyanogenmod and now i really regret that I didn't stick to that ROM.
So please, a guide to reverse this rom?

You need to download the ColorOS or CyanogenMod Rom files and then wipe your phone and install via recovery.
i found the solution, back to coloros 2.1.5 and then instal twrp and a custom rom. thanks

as I said in the title I have flashed the Resurrection remix on my zuk z2. The rom is great but the camera is just bad. I would like to install a stock rom like the francko86 or similar, but I wonder if there'll be any problems due to the different android version. In fact, when I installed the RR I previously had flashed the Stock nougat rom with no gapps. Do you have any similar experience or knowledge that can help me out?

You have to go back to 6.0 first.
Best way to do so is flashing Stock 6.0 via QFIL.
So you have to unlock the Bootloader again and stuff.
I got this phone a month or so ago, and since I did I've been curious to see if there'd be any custom ROM support. Is there any word of AOSP ROMS or anything like LineageOS?
A stable twrp must come first.
And we need pie vendor to boot up custom gsis.

You have stock vendor because the phone is Treble
I was using Havoc OS android 10 but I recently decided to switch to a One UI based ROM (Infinity OS, LightROM, ect...). For some reason every time I flash one of these ROMs I the get this error:
failed to mount /dev/block/by-name/vendor
After this I can no longer install anything that requires the vendor partition so I have to flash stock ROM through Odin. In which case everything is fixed until I flash a One UI based ROM again.
My: Galaxy A50 SM-505W
My theory is that it has something to do with the exynos chipset.
Please help me and thank you in advance.
Just to be clear, stock android based ROMs work without a problem. It's only One UI ROMs that seem to cause this issue.
