Urgent help needed

Guys !! m in real help !!
my LG KS20 which has WM 6 is really acting very slow and I really want to know a
step by step procedure to update it to WM 6.1 just as when you buy a new phone !!
i know there is a KS 20 thread but that was very confusing to me !!!
I would really appreciate if some one made me understood in simple terms with best results !!!

I really like the rom (AndroidNow HD 6.1) , but the rom is only for D855 , and my phone is f400s
so ,what can i do ? and somebody can make the rom install on f400s ? or you can teach me how to do this.

I don't know if somebody can make the ROm for your phone model. You can, however, make it yourself
