Any one facing issues using hotspot in CM 13? I am able to turn on the hotspot but not a single device is able to connect with my phone(Installed latest CM 13 snapshot). Thanks in advance

Am using Rebtel application for international calling but in cm 12.1 and cm 13 i can't connect to the server .but in lollipop 5 and 5.1.1 version am tried and its connecting. after that i found Rebtel server
address which is com.rebtel.android when i open in chrome its showing this is new generic top-level domain please help me how can use this application..in my cm 13 version
I noticed that all lollipop roms for nokia x and XL have the wifi and RIL issue. I've also heard from @wielski that it's impossible to get it working on CM 12.1 Does anyone have any ideas? Or do we have to skip lollipop and try building marshmallow roms?
I have redmi 1s .. I have installed mokee ROM 6.1.0 mm .. And after that I flashed custom kernal gods kernal .. I successfully flashed but my wifi is not working... I have all option available in system-lib-folder-wifi.. But still I m not able to use wifi... Help me XDA ... Plsss

God's Kernel is working on XOSP Marshmallow ROM - currently using it, I've tried GK in other ROMS but no success in-terms of wifi, but works successfully with XOSP
