Hi guys,
I have a problem with Google calendar. Every time I open the calendar and make a "ram clean" from the recents button, then if I try to open the calendar I get this message
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then it opens only after reboot.. I've tried wipe cache and data of the calendar but with no luck. Also I've uninstall updates, still nothing.. Any suggestions please?
Thanks.
I think the consensus is that you should never use middle broom clear button as it breaks too many things. Use only the right side clear button. Other ROMs have the clear button but none (I know off) have the broom and really OP should remove it from OOS.

So now have a single text message in my inbox on the TF3D tab, however i have no message. I have cleared SMS and removed all drafts etc. Its still there. Annoying. Anyone have any ideas? I did soft reset.

This used to happen on my kaiser on a particular custom ROM all the time. Looks like the registry setting is basically the same as on the Kaiser:
\\\registry\HKCU\System\State\Messages\sms\Unread\Count
change the value of 'count' to 0. Wait about 10seconds then do a soft reset.
If you are running a custom ROM and this re-occures I'd let the chef know.
try this
Seems to be a common problem. For possible fixes go to this thread...

Thanks both of you.

Please, how do I get rid of that notification.... what is the '1' supposed to be telling me?
I KNOW this is going to be so simple & easy but do you think I can solve it... nope.... *red faced*
My guess is its telling you there is1 app update. Can't say for sure because I uninstalled it on day 1
yep, thanks, but i dont want the 'update' so was trying to work out how to get rid of the notification
To remove the "1" there, I tried logging in to the app, and it's gone.
also I selected not to show me the message about the 2012 Olympic again.
that get rid of it.
hello. i just updated to MM and having issues with google now. when i long press the home button, it vibrates, but does nothing afterward. google now does not show up. the only way to get it to show is to open the app manually. how can i fix this so that when i long press home, it open google now?
Also, regardless of wiping data and re-installing the app, it's also crashing now when I try and search for anything.
Google now on tap should popup

I know it should, but it doesn't. Lol
Like of I'm on my home page and long press the home button, nothing happenes. Just vibrates.
Figured it out. If u go to settings and search "assist" it's the first option that has to be setup.

what notification are you referring to? if you mean the notification of speed network you as need to go settings/display/status bar & dotch/show network speed
Thanks for replying. I was referring to the "selected" and "call forwarded" messages. They would hang out there for a very long period of time. Frozen. I reset my phone and they come and go quickly now. Do you know the name of the notification type that they are?
I don't know the name maybe warnings, alerts, I don't know but they are from the phone app, maybe if stop the app and clear cache and data.
When I have the voicemail notification I do that and function
This happened after changing the wallpaper, I am able to press where the button should be and also I am able to get to quick toggles when I expand it fully. Tried reboots changing wallpapers, everything but a wipe (just got the phone today and it took forever to setup)
Any ideas? Thanks!

Try clearing system cache.
Try safe mode to rule out 3rd party apps.
Were -any- updates done? Roll back to factory installed versions.
Clear data of associated apks.
Find the root cause if possible rather than a factory reset otherwise if it happens again you'll be right back to where you started.
You'll likely find it eventually... play with it.
