So i updated my lg g3 to marshmallow a few days back..It worked for a day and now since like 4-5 days its been stuck in a bootloop it always restarts after it switches on and shows the lock-screen and then immediately restarts. I've read up and it says it could be the battery's fault but it is not that. I would like to hear an opinion or two before i do the hard reset as i have a lot of unsaved data. Tnx
Flash custom kernel like xceed check that out in android developmnt page of g3 .. In order to flash u need twrp installed which i dont think u might not have since u already updated to stock ... The best thing u can do now is replace the battery or reflash ur firmware MM or LP via LG Flashtool 2014

I flashed my LG G3 Because i felt that the sound was not working anymore and that it can be a software issue which it was a hard ware issue ( loud speaker wasnt connected because of screw) Anyways preformed the stock FW Flash following the guide that highonandroid provided to go completely back to a stock rom. After flashing i restart phone and the boot takes forever until it finally hangs on the tmobile screen. there was a point where i left it over night to see if it will turn on but it still hung for a good 8 hours. Ive done everything i can which can be that i preformed atleast hundreds of hard resets but nothing is working.. there was a point where i did manage to turn it on then i tried updating to lolipop and when it reboots the bootloop is back.. Please help!
I assume you opened the back to fix the speaker issue. Did you make sure all connectors are tight?

[Guide] LG G3 Stock Firmware (Go Back to Stock) KDZ & TOT Method

Same problem here, but here the device is G3 Liger F490L.
Phone is LG G Pro F240L. I had the latest update (Lollipop) installed and let's just say I wasn't satisfied with it.
I flashed Kitkat KDZ like normally but it got stuck on bootloop, then I CSE flashed using the Kitkat KDZ and now it won't do anything other than go to download mode.
I would really appreciate any help to get my phone back to normal and fast. Thanks!
EDIT: I should also add that I've tried the PC suite recovery method but it says my phone's battery is too low when it's not.
UPDATE: I think I've hard bricked my phone. Damn...

Reflash the kdz again.before that check whether you are flashing the correct firmware of the correct model.
Now flash your kdz through lg offline flash tool.you can get that by searching in this xda forums.so even if your battery is below 60% it continues to the next step. But it is recommended to have minimum 60% of battery level.after opening lg offline flash tool you choose the kdz, then after choose cse flash.thats it.because it worked for me.or if your phone goes intlo reccovery mode, simply you can factory reset the data, perform 3 wipes(factory reset, cache and dalvik cache) and reboot. It may work sometimes.update me after u did these steps.if worked hit thanks. (i want to help you.thats why,i said what i know.)

Hello, im kind a new here and i have to say im sorry that its my first post and i already want some help .
I have big problem with my smartphone. I got update from kitkat to lollipop like month ago but when i updated it something went wrong because it got terribly hot it didnt played sounds and touch screen didnt work properly. I did factory reset few times and everything was ok. Some time ago i got message that there is another update so i decided to make it. Phone started to restart again and again and after 4h of restarts it lost all battery and went black. I charged it to 100% but when i turn it on its stuck on htc logo. I tried using factory reset it shows that its doing something (picture with arrow and progress bar) but the progres bar dont move and after one minute it restarts and freezes on htc logo... When i try to use recovery it only restarts and freezes again. I cant find Stock rom kitkat or lollipop (Poland Orange) for this smartphone everything i find is in Chinese and i cant read it :/
Can some one help me ?
Sorry for my English.
After update to lollipop dont try Kitkat. Lollipop is only Ota update, not Ruu. Send me tomorrow private message or e-mail....from Warsaw Spoko
From HTC
After upgrade to lollipop you can't flash kitkat. Restore backup of lollipop using TWRP.

Sorry for late response, if you still need it then grab this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-820/development/rom-lollipop-htc-desire-820n-a51ul-t3239074
Hi
First of all, sorry for my english, it's not my native language
So, I have a problem since yesterday. I was on Fulmics 5.0 since one month but now my phone shutdown by himself and won't reboot or bootloop, i must try a lot of time and it reboot
I thought it was due to my ROM so i updated it from 5.0 to 5.1 with a clean installation (full wipe) but the problem is here, again ...
Furthermore, my SIM card isn't detected everytime. Sometimes, I need to reboot my phone because on first boot, it doesn't ask me for my PIN code
What can i do ?
I have a save of an old rom (made in octobre 2015) but it was on 5.0 (and now my phone is on 6.0), can i restore it to try ?
Thanks
Instead of flashing your backup, I would suggest you to flash the official .kdz ( L or MM )
And for bootloops, It can be your battery ( the same was happennig on my old Nexus 5 )
To be sure that's it your battery fault, try to get the phone down to 10%
If it bootloops, try to boot with charge plugged and if it boots, it means it's battery fault
It's not my battery, it's the software
I've just restored my backup (october 2015) and my phone is working well (for the moment)
I will download the .kdz for MM and i'll stay on official i think because i always have some problems with non-stock ROM
Problem is here again i think ...
SIM isn't always detected
But it's not the battery because i have the problem of shutdown/bootloop even when my phone is plugged
EDIT: problem is still here with a backup ... I don't know what to do...
Well maybe the battery is a problem too ... Now the phone bootloop and i need to plug it then it's ok (but sometimes it will boot without being plugged so ...)
But my battery is full ...
The phone is still in warranty, i will use it on tuesday (in france, tomorrow is "holidays" ), I hope they will repair it, if they can't ... I'll go to an other phone, S7 looks great
Hi guys
LG G3 looping on boot screen every time,
I had TWRP with fulmics rom installed and one day it just shut down, i tried turning the phone on but it shows the lg booting screen and then reboot, and it goes on like that, I tried installing different roms but always the same problem, i
should mention that i tried cloudy rom and i did actually work but when booting the phone it had this problem that the wifi and bluetooth won't activate, i searched on the Web and a lot suggested that is a battery problem,
so i thought the previous rom worked well so let's change this rom,I installed a lot of roms and the boot looping problem shows up every time, so i thought **** it let's get the stock firmware,
and when resetting the phone to stock firmware it's stuck in the rebooting phase at the end, boot loop again, and now that I've lost TWRP i only have the firmware solution that is not working, this too was mentioned to be a battery problem,
and i bought a new battery and nothing have changed,
tutorials that didn't work for me : http://lgg3root.com/lg-g3-stock-factory-firmware/ http://unbrick.itcse.com/unbrick-lg-g3-stuck-on-factory-reset-2/
is there anyone can help please ?
so did you try to change the battery or not?
