I have a Xperia Arc s on stock .587 firmware and I wanted to flash Lupus kernel on it, but I can't enter on Fastboot mode
Is there any other method to flash .img kernels on the device?

just downloaded 4.3 update for my ZQ (C6503)!
Do you know of any root resource for this version?
Thanks.

There's a thread explaining how to root 4.3 by DoomLord (don't have the link, search for it, its out there) .... But I think it's only for an unlocked bootloader at the moment. Didn't see anything about rooting a BL locked phone.
I tried using doomlord v18 but it didn't work.

I think that's exactly because my bootloader is blocked (I don't want to loose bravia engine 2). Thanks.

If you want to keep your DRM and Bravia Engine, you first have to backup your TA partition using this tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2292598
Then follow these steps to root: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2583805

The solution is common to all z series..
Step 1. Download and install the latest version ftf which is rootable.
Step 2. Root it and install recovery.
Step 3. Wipe data, system, etc for a new installation from recovery.
Step 4. Download the latest 4.3 version which is flashable via recovery ( probably that package created by a nice dev out here will contain a recovery and is fully rooted). Or else, before reboot, install recovery flashable super user package and recovery.
Step 5. Dont reboot the os. But boot into flash mode. And flash a striped ftf file which contains the corresponding 4.3 kernel and baseband.
Step 6. Reboot and enjoy rooted 4.3

Are you telling me or asking me?
I have provided you with what you need to get xposed working on a stock lollipop deodex rom. Now go and download a deodex rom such as iron rom and install the files i posted.

I wasn't being rude, I was attempting to assist you until you decided to question the advice I offered.
If you know better I'll leave you to it.
I think he asked how to deodex the ROM by himself coz he son't want to install custom ROM...
Then he wanna use xposed on his stock deodexed ROM...
And I wonder the same, how to deodex the stock LL ROM....

Yes you're rude, but never mind. If you care to read it carefully you'll notice what the user above said, I am talking about getting deodex the stock rom, the one I am using right now, which is fully stock K, and, after that, getting xposed. But again, thanks for taking the for answering.

. .
OK OK this is just a simple misunderstanding...
Back to topic, I downloaded the Windows based deodexer (LBD2.5).
Is it simply copy back those deodexed files to device using TWRP/CWM after removing all original files?
Or do I need to perform additional steps?
