HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DONT!
but if you are willing to go through with it and are not afraid of the possible (~50% chance) consequences...
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
1. Download ADB and Fastboot : [TOOL] [WINDOWS] ADB, Fastboot and Drivers - 15 seconds ADB Installer v1.4.2
2. Install ADB drivers : Intel Android USB Drivers
3. Download KK firmware from Asus support site.
4. Download this for temporary tethered cwm
ACTUAL PROCEDURE
1. copy the firmware (.zip) to an external sd card
2. extract the firmware (.zip) ON YOUR PC. Open the extracted folder. There should be a "fastboot.img" file.
3. open command prompt in the folder by pressing <SHIFT> + <right mouse button> and choosing "open cmd here" or similar on the menu that appears.
4. Type the following in the command prompt without the quotes : "fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img"
5. Extract downloaded recovery.rar
6. Put your device in Droidboot mode by holding both power button and vol down while device is turned off.
7. Connect device to computer. Open cmd and type "fastboot device" to verify.
8.Open launcher.bat in the extracted folder.
-Type ACCEPT
-Type T2
9. Some stuff will appear on the tablets screen after that. Dont do anything. In a few moments CWM will load.
10. Next part is pretty self explanatory. use volume keys to go up and down and press power to select option. choose install zip. in the next menu choose install from external sd card*. Choose the zip file you downloaded from Asus website, if installation fails download another version from the support website.
FISRT BOOT MIGHT TAKE SOME TIME.
* I dont remember the exact wordings.
------Hit thanks if this helped you------------

Hi,
Since the rom ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/rom-resurrection-remix-lp-v5-5-5-t3198675 ) of my phone crashed. After reboot, the phone is blocked on LG logo. Now, i can't enter in recovery mode (or in the download mode) and when I start my phone, it's fixed on the LG for 5 to 10 minutes, and after that it goes to a terminal (started fastboot mode).
I have read several tutorials to use fastboot to flash the recovery to reinstall a rom, but i have a error when i tried to erase or flash the recovery partition.
I look on my phone, and this error appear : "failed to send erase grp start address".
what can i do to fix this error ?
Thanks.
up please
Use the "boot" command instead of "flash" and it should boot up into recovery or downloadmode, depending on which file you use
I tried but i am stucked on teamwin logo.
Which file do i use for download mode ?
Hard to tell, there are some laf.img files floating around on xda and google or even better, extract the laf.img from the stock kdz depending on your android version (for instance you flashed 6.0 you pick the 30b kdz and extract it with the firmware extraction tool)
I would suggest you to and try to use the boot command with them..
Be carefull, do not use the flash command until you found one that boots into downloadmode properly or you can loose your fastboot mode aswell
From then on you should be able to boot into the downloadmode and flash a new firmware via the lg flashtool
I need help please. What can i do to re install a rom ?
Does your PC recognise the port.?
I found tutorial under bender_007 signature. People seemed happy with tool.

Doesn't hurt to read and ask some questions.
no i can't connect my phone with port. I think, i nned to correct the error with fastboot. (remote : failed to erase partition)

Can you elaborate, how exactly your phone crashed, it is very unlikely that it will mess all the partitions just by crashing the rom?
The rom crushed twice, and now i can not access to recovery to install a new rom. I only have access to the fastboot command. Adb not working.
I tried to boot on recovery.img, but it's not working.
Thank for your help.
Regards,
Help please ?
Today i can connected to my phone with ADB when i tape this fastboot command : fastboot boot ./recovery.img.
I can too go into my phone as root with adb command : adb shell.
i tried to push flash_image on my phone and use it, but it donesn't work.
how can i flash my phone with adb command ?

Thats not the end. If You can enter the fastboot mode then great.
-Download stock boot n recovery for ur Z00LD
-Download ADB Fastboot drivers and install on your pc. (Minimal Adb and fastboot is an easy available tool.).
-put your phone in fastboot mode and connect to pc.
- open minimal Adb fastboot interface( its a command prompt) or if you have installed ADB fastboot drivers then just press SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK (mouse). Will give you an option to open Command promp. Click it. And a terminal will open on that same path.
-type the following commands.
>fastboot devices
>Fastboot flash boot boot.img
>Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
>Fastboot reboot (before you press enter hold the volume down key so you will enter into recovery)
Thats it you have now your phone with fastboot and recovery and you can further if required install rom from sd card or sideload.

Lenovo K5, A6020l36, running Lineage OS 14.1 unrooted, can no longer access TWRP boot loader, how do I root the phone and access TWRP without being able to access TWRP? Thanks in advance.
BTW... ADB sees the device via my Mac for what that's worth.
[DEVICE IN BOOTLOADER] [ADB VIA PROMPT IN PC]
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
Inside TWRP, go to Install > Image File > twrp.img
DONE.
(twrp.img has to be in your PC, from where you are running ADB, and in your device too.)
You could also:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
and try to see if your recovery is fixed.

Reinstall your adb/fastboot and device drivers. If you can run it in a Linux PC, it would be better. This is a common issue.
(Oh, and don't forget to enable USB debugging in Developer settings on your device, that's super important).

I would suggest :
Shutdown your device
Reboot to fastboot mode via "Power" + "Volume -" for a few seconds until you reboot and see a Lenovo blank screen with "Power key long press can reboot the phone" at the bottom
Plug your device to your computer
Test fastboot via "fastboot devices" on your computer (you should see a number)
Flash TWRP via "fastboot flash recovery <the TWRP file on your computer>"
Reboot to TWRP by holding "Power" + "Volume +" and select "recovery" on the menu that will appear
Hope it will work for you
Hi, I want to move to a custom ROM on my A2 Lite. But before anything else, I need to backup my phone.
1st step : TWRP recovery.
On the PC, ADB driver is installed. Phone powered and connected, I have no problem to send ADB command to phone. "adb reboot bootloader" for example.
But once the phone is in fastboot (logo on screen), it is not recognized by PC (no driver) and I can"t send Fastboot command.
Any hint ?
Thanks.
Ok, I found a solution.
Downloading Google USB Driver but installation procedure is wrong, I should FORCE it and manually assigne the driver "Android Device / Bootloader" to be able to connect in Fastboot mode.
fastboot oem unlock
-> Reboot with the warning message but wipe all data. It's the only I found to unlock the bootloader :/
fastboot oem edl
-> Not the solution to flash the new ROM
fastboot boot twrp*.img
-> Way better to get the recovery flashed
