[Q] HTC 10 T-Mobile Varient - HTC 10 Questions & Answers

So I see there is no htc 10 T-Mobile forums. What does this mean with root, unlock bootloader,s-off and Custom and recovery. Is the htc 10 now Universal with the ROMs and root and such that is on this forums? If not is there a T-Mobile forum for the htc 10 that I missed? I apologize a head of time. I will be getting the T-Mobile htc 10 in a few days.

I have the T-Mobile variant on the latest firmware, rooted with an unlocked bootloader, and running the Viper rom. The vast majority of roms are not carrier specific, but just make sure it supports T-Mobile, and happy flashing

Rom Help

I recently got my 928t in a trade, and i have no intention of using this device on T-mobile, its unlocked and is running its stock 7.0. Im looking for basically an unbranded rom like how you can install one on the S7. i plan on using this device on my at&t service.

My suggestion for you would be to scroll on over to @khongloi113's thread for his S8+ Port for the Note5/Edge+ which works very well on our G928T. His ROM plus CSC/OMC/Kernel has everything you will need CSC wise to run this ROM and use ATT service.

Austrailian Lollipop on US M919?

I don't have my phone rooted and I'd like to upgrade it to 5.0.0 lollipop. I see Samsung only put out the update to other countries and not the US, how nice of them.
Would I even notice a difference using it or would putting the Aussie version of lollipop on my US t-mobile phone be a no no?
Thank you
You cannot flash an Australian stock LP ROM to the USA T-Mobile phone via Odin.
There is a T-MOBILE Australian lollipop upgrade on Samsungs website for the m919. For verification, It won't work on my m919? Would u mind to help me understand why?
Thank you
The bootloader in the rom will be compared to the hardware being flashed. If it's a match, it will flash but not necessarily function properly.
If the Australian m919 is the same as the hardware as the USA variant, it will probably flash but I don't know if it will work n properly.
Ok thank you for the explanation
Why don't you install Lineage which will put you into >7.0
