KS20 No service after up Rom

I just flash my phone this Rom( English version)

Now, My phone have English but service .
I can't not unlock it. please help me!!

My one x is branding of swisscom but it is sim-free. how could I move branding to non-branding device? because my software no. is 1.26.166....
could I install 1.26.406..RUU in my phone? if yes then how?
