Thi didn't worked for me Sayas IMEI and Verify Code are not compatible but it's exactly as my phone says those thing like IMEI, S/N or Ver. Code. What's going on??? My model is RIO-L01(SIngle Sim).

I tried again today on english site and it worked I hav my bootloader unlock code from Huawei!!!

Is it possible to do cid unlock or at least install the special bootloader without paying imei check? I just want to try different ROM now that the TMobile shipping ROM is available.

you probably wnat to flash ur device with another ROM, right ? then simply try doing so, if u suceed then ur device is CID unlocked.
but, if you are using t-mob device there is no chane .

it is sim-unlocked but is probably still CID locked not to allow you ROM flashing.

So the only one way how to find out if its cid locked is to try some other rom's and if it gives an error message it's cid locked?

Well, it is SIM locked in Serbia on MTS network and, for now, still cannot be unlocked. At list i didn't find the way so if you have solution ...

sorry.... Dev's are still working on a way to unlock the device...
There should be carrier unlock codes that you can buy from eBay, you have to a search there cause i have no more info on that.
I think rayner is confused with s-on & s-off

You can't unlock it in service becouse they don't know how to do it
In Romania and a few other countries the unlock codes are changed by the factory when they recieve the order for that operators. So no unlock code from ebay or any other website will work for this phones
If you still need to unlock it, give me a PM. I can do it.

i am struggling on how to network unlock an 02 uk htc one x, i have got as far as rooting it but am a bit stuck on how to proceed. coukld you give me a point in the right direction please ?

Even thought this is a pretty old thread, i just want to post a note here :
ROMANIAN Carriers cannot be unlocked by code, so any site that claims that they can provide the factory code for this is wrong. The romanian networks change the code on the phone, therefore the code from the HTC database is wrong.
The only way you can get this device unlocked is with a USB cable or get the code from your provider ie Vodafone Romania or Orange Romania.

You can't unlock it at home. I found a way to downgrade some firmwares to 4.0.3 and then unlock them. But on new firmware with TP drivers changed, you can't downgrade becous you touch panel will not work.
So you are stuck with your providers or you can sell it and buy a Samsung or an LG witch are not stuburn to lock theyr devices!

Please, could you explain how you did? I can't find a service in my town to unlock my phone. I've rooted it thinking it will be needed to unlock the network, but I can't find how to do it.

Its suppose to read your spc or msl code should the the Standard app from play Store not work. I had a problem finding mine i tried everything from terminal to msl reader and nothing I apologize for any inconvience

Are you aware that you have published your IMEI for all to see? Ofcourse it is your choice.
