I'm seeing this too, on an n7.2 running cm13... No idea what's generating it. I really do need to get a logcat filter set up.
It sounds to me like it might be a notification that a timer has been set that will never be run. A little more searching brought me to the source.
Time exceeds epoch
NSA and FBI commies aggregate data from mobile devices. They use a variation of the Unix epoch date. Instead of 12/31/1969 00:00:00 they use 12/31/1969 16:00:00 when the server sees this time stamp your data traffic is redirected to their server. The kernel sees this error and spits the logcat error "note:time exceeds epoch" so basically that log entry indicates that they are running that particular unix epoch time exploit and its showing up in the logcat.

So I was playing wordfeud and I was at 300 points, I have two letters left Q, I and then I forgot about it for 15 hours. The person I was playing with 200 something points and today when I looked at our game it said TIED 289 each of us.
Now here is the funny thing, she played LI for 15 points! I don't know how that happened it does not add up it was a double word but that would only add up to 4 points not 15, also it just tied the game I still had two letters left that I could have put on the bored and gain more points.

My first game playing it a few weeks back I had the same thing. I spelt the word as and got 29 points for it to win the match. Unsure as to why it does it.
Wordsmith!! xomikronx
play me
What happens is that her word is 4 points, but she has used all her words. In your possession is 11 points worth of words, so they add the 11 points to her 4 and thus she gets 15 points.

Correct. If you play all your letters you get the combined points of all your opponents remaining letters.

Actually, I have no idea what you did there. I read it over 5 times and it does not make sense at all.

Now doubt. I was looking for a Ukrainian flag under his user name or something....
Does anybody know what this guy is saying ?
You have to clear your cache five times.
Lol no only 4 times
I tried putting it through a bunch of different translators but they all came back with the same translation:
WTF?!?!?!?
He's trying to use qpst.
OP don't worry, the evo would read that error but it writes fine in qpst
Notbsure what youre doing, maybe a prl change?
I can't seem to find a solution for this, but Internet access from within the Android shell was working for a few days, but now it just won't.
Ping google.com gives an unkown host error.
nslookup google.com is the same.
nslookup google.com 8.8.8.8 Does work, spits out 7 lines of DNS... stuff.
I tried looking for /etc/resolv.conf but there's not one there. Internet access outside the shell works fine.
Is there a fix for this? I'm running stock GB27 completely untouched other than root and Agat's kernel.

You can create a resolv.conf if there isn't one, though I don't know if that would fix your problem. Also I notice the you wrote nslookup, shouldn't it be dnslookup?

Sorry, typo.
What's the syntax for the resolv.conf?
Stock ROM. Two bugs.
In legacy SMS app, I have set a message. Any time I exit a conversation with back button, app says it saved a draft. Need to exit by doing menu-discard. I had this bug also in the stock rom for my previous phone, HTC Sensation, 3 or 4 years ago (android 2) (fixed after changing rom). I am surprised this bug comes back after so long. Is there a fix ? When loading the draft again, it adds the signature a second time, then a third ...
Many apps and widgets show voltage of battery to be 3 or 4 mV. Few app give the correct value. After digging, the value in /sys is good (forgot the full path file name). An advanced app shows the correct value internally, and gives a button to access the android internal hidden menu of battery, and in there, the value is wrong. So, it looks like it's an android bug, and all apps which get it wrong are those asking kindly the value to Android (instead of going directly in /sys). Is there a fix ?
Ah, found the file:
Code:
cat /sys/devices/platform/htc_battery/power_supply/battery/batt_vol_now
4193
The following shots are from Android Tuner Free: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ccc71.at.free
3rd image says: you are going to reach a feature hidden by the manufacturer ... that could damage your phone. Use it at your own risks. => to me it's going to an internal android menu. A stock one.

I am running 5.1 rooted on an H810 if that makes any difference.
About a week or two ago my VPN stopped working and now no VPN works at all. I have been using Private Internet Access successfully for almost a year and other VPNs have worked as well.
I get no error message from the PIA app, it just doesn't connect. I downloaded CloudVPN and it just pops up with "VPN Permission: Cloud VPN needs your permission to continue. Your privacy is important to us and we do NOT monitor or track any of your data.", and gives me three buttons, No Thanks (goes back), Help, and Try Again (pops up the message again).
I'm kind of at a loss. I've dealt with tech support from PIA and have not gotten anywhere.
Could my issue be due to credentials? I cannot clear them, as the option is greyed out.
Sorry if I'm confounding the issue. I'm getting pretty frustrated and my Google-fu is obviously not as good as I had thought it was.
have you checked the adb logs for any errors?
I've never done that before. I just downloaded the catlog app and got a log. What exactly am I looking for?

There's the log for when I try to connect. Thanks ahead of time for this. It's driving me crazy.

Factory reset fixed it. Now I get to spend the next few days finding all the little settings I need to change back.
