same here

try if you have warranty.. or try jtag box.. there isnt a way to fix this yet.. funnt thing on G2 shortening a circuit brings back to life..

there's no way to fix it? really o,O

I wrote a guide a few months ago for the Lg G3, isn't it possible to use it with the right DLlL and TOT/KDZ file?
https://open-freax.fr/guide-unbrick-your-lg-g3/

emmc chip is faulty or corrupt.
I fixed mine by heating up with hot air soldering gun until solder reflow.

Same here on my h811. I followed instruction almost exactly but missed 1 thing. It looks like there is no way to fix it by reflashing. Having soft bricked Samsung,Moto and LG g2 and finding ways to recover all of them,it was a shock that this happened to my g4. Androidbrick.com also mentions that we are out of luck.
Other people have sent it back and got it fixed. You can go to LG website to apply for repair. Did the same today and will update the outcome.

When I tried to reverse the sbl1 image, I saw some instruction about booting from mmc1 (I have no clue if it's from a usb stick or the sdcard)...
(since I have really ****ty skill, I had no success in reversing anything related to the bootchain, but I can still read clear string...)
I guess it should be possible to write a copy of the g4 system on it and then boot from it. Unless lg kept the code in their bootloader but patched it out.. (would be stupid tho...)

That's pretty much exactly how to fix the problem from what I seen from the people who are withholding information. I was able to get as far as make the phone turn on and Secure Boot Error 1006. I also at one point got it to detect as LGE Android NET device, unfortunately I didn't make a backup of the SD card before flashing another partition to try and go further. I also got the recovery to popup and attempt to restore default settings, but it just reboots into the 1006. I also created the entire G4 system partition table and everything from a US991 KDZ file and got the same SBE 1006 as I did with the LS991 dump.
I think perhaps LG is working with a universal unlocked boot loader on the SD card to bring up download mode and flash whatever stock firmware. They are for sure plugging into the SD card and then flashing via USB

If it can help I had the 9008 problem on my LG G4 H811. First there was no dump to do jtag , I found mmcblk0 files somewhere on xda , so I took a 32 gb SD card, flashed it with PrimaryGPT ( taken from extracted 10N H811 firmware) using win32diskimager and then I flashed each of the 50 first mmcblk0 to the SD card using dd command of Ubuntu, put the SD card into the phone and bam, phone is alive and it can entre download mode. I tried to flash a 10N firmware but the firmware goes to the SD card, I finally flashed a custom recovery, custom rom, the phone internal memory became the SD card, listing /dev/block folder does not show any trace of the emmc, so I think that my emmc is dead
bottom line, like you, I think that the solution is with the SD card method, the inspiration came from the optimus g pro boot repair with some creativity, but I think that something is missing .

YES! This is exactly what I wanted to test, even if the emmc is dead, your phone is still "fine." Use the sd slot and it will rise from the dead.

Anyone can provide a solution on how to unbrick it? as this thread just provides H815 unbrick solution:crying:

I had no luck at all with mine. Theres no indication the card is being read, phone just gets to boot screen then turns off again after 15-20 seconds then does nothing till the battery is taken out and left for a while. Then the same thing again.

[Q] Debrick.img Needed Hard Bricked I9195, N Dload mode, No Recovery

My Samsung galaxy s 4 mini bricked it self apparently. STOCK ROM 4.2.2
It was rooted nothing more, only some small mods for the framework.
put my phone to charge and went to sleep. was late to because the alarm didn't ring. i took my phone to check why it didn't ring, and nothing. no light, no sound nothing. i took out the battery put it back in try to start nothing.
Anyway it doesn't get detected by odin, can't access download mode nor recovery mode. Only thing when connected to pc is installs driver for QHSUSB_DLOAD. I have tried different ways to fix it and the only way without sending my phone somewhere to service is to boot the phone through sdcard.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2541005&d=1390771555
ValenteL has provided a .zip file that you run in recovery either which one you have and it should give a .img file at the size of 128mb into your sdcard
Those who have the debrick.img file from a stock 9195 4.2.2, would you be kind and sen it to me so that i can try fix my s4 mini
also i have already tried a debrick.img but from a 9192 don't know the firmware version but it didn't do anything
Here you go. http://d-h.st/XK5V .. Extract the downloaded file and u will get img file in a folder.

Thanks for the debrick image but it seems my phone it totally bricked only JTAG or a real service could fix it. if you have any knowledge in this part could it be that the sdcard i used are too slow? i have used 16GB class 2 and a 8GB class 4, still no sign.
Edit: 16GB class 2 and 8GB class 4 works fine for boot through sdcard
I could say it has progressed a little i am using the 16GB class 2 sdcard and when i plug it to the computer the phone vibrates but no qhsusb_dload is detected and odin also finds nothing
Edit: When the phone vibrates it indicates that it is turned on, mine only took a little while to go to the boot recovery mode but failed to boot the os and switched mode to either factory mode or odin mode.
The Debrick.img worked fine just need to hold down power button for like 10-15 seconds. but it seems like my phone has a broken partition, i9195 connects to odin but cannot be flashed because of, false pit file? i have read that the pit file needs to correspond to the gb model the phone is and the firmware version for instance 16GB 4.2.2, so now i need a .pit file to be able to continue the recovering process of my phone.
It is better to use a class 10 sd card.
Check the general section for the thread that explains how to unbrick using pit file.
Hey my Phone just vibrates but there is nothing on the screen and my computer downst detect anything how did you get through that vibration

I was trying with 16gb class 4 and 128gb XC 1 and different card adapters and no success. nothing to appear on my device, i was trying with power button and with USB JIG and nothing. When i plug device to PC nothing appears. but when I put it to PC without microsd appears qhsusb_dload. I dont uderstand why this not work for me.
Here are all events:
1) no microsd with battery => Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM4) and after 10 sec disconnect

welp, i tried to install custom rom ( which need to download the rar and paste it into INTERNAL) but i accidentally paste it to my SD card. Then i start to install it.
Then i said it's uninstallable, I just restart my phone and everthing went normal buy my wallpaper screen turns black and unable to read it tho USB ( Just the standby screen shows wallpaper)
Then my brothers came out and said that all you need to do is format it again and reinstall. We tired countless times . But then it have another option which above Format everything but not bootloader and another is Format everything and bootloader.
Then my bro press it and ... It became bricked.
it's still warrantyable so .. I plan to play dumb to the warranty company if I can't fix it.
( even if i play dumb idk what reason I need to come off, if i say yesterday the battery from 70% drop to 0% then it unable to open again )
PS: before this happen my battery happens from 70% drop to 0%, after charged. it's fine
PPS: give me a good excuses to play dumb C::
Wait, wait. How did you format the bootloader? No recovery should have this option! The only possible option to hard brick the P8000 is to pull out the USB cable in the exact moment when the SPFlash Tool writes it. So, can you elaborate a bit more about what you've done? I'm pretty sure you're missing something.

Hi,
I did something similar with my HTC Desire 616. I choose "Format All + Download" option with SP Flash Tool. The phone soft bricked. Later I tried "format whole flash (including bootloader)". It's still soft bricked...
Is there a way to revive my phone back??? :crying:
I had the same problem - but it is possible to set the phone to a special bootloader mode called META mode - see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3TmXtOA0IA
To do so you have to open the phone and disconnect the battery. You can find a howto easily on youtube.
Then set up everything to flash the phone (SP-Flashtool, scatter file, etc.) and push the volume down button while connecting the phone to the computer. This switches the phone to META mode, the computer can recognize the phone, installs the preloader driver and finally flashes the phone
Maybe you have to do the procedure twice because on the first connection only the preloader driver will be installed.
This worked for my P8000(B) which I treated with SP-Flash Tool and "Format All + download"
Be aware that you formatted the NVRAM and lost your IMEI's

Hi
I need your assistance, please help me find the firmware for the above phone. I recently tried to flash it with a Spark 3 clone firmware i got online but it gives an error STATUS_PARTITION_NOT_FOUND and also i accidentally formatted the bootloader on SP Flash Tool so the phone is a brick, it can't charge, and it can't turn on. I have screenshots of the About section when the phone was working, which contains the phone's features model and build but on opening the back cover of the device, i realized its a clone phone and i cannot determine its real model to get the exact right flash file.
Thanks

During Qualcomm 9008 Mode the Battery fell out, now my device won't boot.

Failed at downgrading before I knew it I was bricked so went ahead and used the Qualcomm method got it to show up in device manager. As I was setting everything up the battery fell out, now my device won't vibrate or boot for that matter. Beforehand it only vibrated when connecting a usb to it, Any tips bring it back to life?

With the d850 there is a trick to sort out the motherboard and get it to boot. If your battery is removable it sound with on yours. Try searching for unbricking. There should a tutorial on here.

Bricked after tot D850

I have an LG G3 ATT D850 to repair. It started this morning booting to the LG screen then bootlooping, sometimes it made it to the ATT logo but the animation froze shortly after. I followed https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089 and flashed the LGD850AT-01-V10d-310-410-JUN-19-2014+0 TOT.
After it completed the phone rebooted into a black screen with the led flashing red and blue. I assumed something went wrong with the tot restore, so I tried to get into download mode again but couldn't.
Now I am stuck at the LG screen or the flashing LED light.
I can access Fastboot but when I use the fastboot flash command, it says there's no partition table.
I was also able to enter a mode that is detected as QHSUSB BULK. I installed the qualcomm drivers and now it's named QDLoader 9008.
Code:
fastboot flash laf laf.img
target reported max download size of 2147483648 bytes
sending 'laf' (16896 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.532s]
writing 'laf'...
FAILED (remote: partition table doesn't exist)
finished. total time: 0.532s
I am pretty sure it's bricked, but I don't know how to go about fixing it from here.
Someone please help me fix this LG G3.
I think my partition table needs reflashed since TWRP can't mount any partitions. How do I flash PrimaryGPT_0.bin correctly?

I don't know if there is an easier way than this or not, but follow this guide to extract the partitions from the TOT file and manually load them(& you're probably going to have to open your phone up and short a pin on the motherboard to do this)... https://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359
It's time consuming, but it does work and will get you back to download mode, which will then let you flash a TOT or KDZ. If it fails at first keep trying; our G3's are pretty resilient as far as software issues go.
Good luck :good:

Thank you for the reply. @autoprime helped me get though all of that 9008 corrupt bootloader stuff and I took the G3 though 4 restores using the 9008 BoardDiag followed by a ToT restore each each time. The phone has finally quit working entirely and I have pronounced it dead.
Cause of death: Assumed corruption of defective internal memory leading to complete storage failure.
Born June 2014; Died September 2017; Aged 3 years 2 months (1,180 days).
You will be missed LG G3!

HTC 10 Dead due incorrect firmware.zip format

Hello!
I have flashed a firmware for my HTC 10 extracted from a ruu.zip, but the format of these zip should be incorrect and now the phone doesnt boot ** ultrafacepalm **. No boot, no screen on, no charge led on...
From my experience with other phone (s4 mini) I think maybe put a dump emmc from an equal mobile on my sdcard maybe can get it started and run a ruu.exe or ruu.zip to restore it.
Could someone make a dump of an HTC 10 32G international unlocked emmc please? I would like to try this, the next thing would be to send it to HTC SAT.
I tried to recreate the partition table of the HTC10 with fdisk by sectors and load the content of the different firmware files using dd, I dont know if it is possible... Maybe I need to modify the RAMDISK to indicate that I want to start reading the SD partitions and not the EMMC...
https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-10/how-to/htc-10-partition-table-t3374048
Thank you!!
Are you able to access download mode? Volume Down+Power button until you see small gray HTC logo, then release both buttons. If you can please let me know as its possible you can execute the command fastboot getvar all in cmd

Thank you!!

Nope, that's the problem, smartphone it's completely dead, no fastboot, no screen on, no led on...
It sound like a I need to send to HTC for repairmen, maybe motherboard replacement. Daaamn, I did this thousand of times, but now I just fu** it
I recreate the partition table inside the SD card, cause with a s4 mini I was able to boot up in similar situation, Qualcomm soc, now I don't know if this it's possible with the HTC 10.

Are you able to access download mode? Volume Down+Power button until you see small gray HTC logo, then release both buttons. If you can please let me know as its possible you can execute the command fastboot getvar all in cmd

Personally i think you might bricked it messing with the partition tables and not by flashing the wrong firmware. A wrong firmware doesn't pass through if the CID and MID doesn't match, even when it has a different region code it won't flash.
Bricking a htc with an incorrect firmware is nearly impossible......

Hi,
I have had the same result (No Boot, No Charging Led, Device recognised as Qualcomm device instead of HTC Phone, etc...)
I have tried several method and for our HTC model, it does not exist yet a method/tool to reflash motherboard.
I have had to pass via HTC Support and they changed my motherboard... fortunately under warranty
Does your device is recognised when plugged on PC ?

Yes! That's the result, no boot, no led and it's recognized as 'Qualcomm HSUSB 9008' or similar name.
Yeah, maybe that's the solution, send to HTC and wait for a motherboard replacement (under warranty :fingers-crossed
On LG devices, I was able to restore to stock from QHS_USB 9008 mode several times. I have no idea if the same special Windows program, along with the files from the stock RUU can do the job. Google QHS_USB 9008 HTC and see if you find anything.
