how to install the kdz file which size is more than 1GB?

I have F180L, and kdz file size of 1.1GB
How to install this file at my phone?

I was actually able to flash 1.17GB KDZ with a regular simple KDZ Updater method (no LG Support Tool, no offline fix, etc.). Anything bigger than that failed.

Upgrade dl and board dl

Does anyone can explain for me when should i use board dl during an installation of a rom?
I am putting a stock rom on my LG G3 and i dont know the difference between those two options, and google was useless.

Are you flashing a KDZ or TOT? If KDZ you don't need to touch these files.

TOT file with a dll file

btw, if i download the kdz file it is just put it on program instead the tot?

Put your imei at the end of this link http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=
If it shows up your device information, go down to the SW part and click on the link and it should download the KDZ for your device. Then use the stock guide to flash it back to stock (takes 5 mins).

It showed only part of the info.

And according with all stamps and the imei the phone is F400L but on the settings of the device it is as F400K. Do you know if this is normal? I tried install the TOT of the F400L and it doesnt worked.

Hey guys,
So today when downloading a new ROM/Firmware to flash to my phone, I extracted it only to find that it wasn't a .kdz file, but a .tot file... I'm just wondering what I'm meant to do with this, as as far as I know files to flash are meant to be .kdz but now I've got a .tot file that I don't know what to do with... Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Am I meant to use a tool to flash it, or just rename it to a .kdz file, or convert it, or what!?

Any responce when you connect ur g3 with comptuer in device mange option and further go to port option.

Why dont you use the hardware key combo to go into twrp and flash another ROM? ...

You could do a completely reset your phone by doing kdz method and change back into stock rom.

and i try 2 kdz file from another website one v30a and v10f in flashtool 2014 when complete the steps give me "retry" ...its dont work

you need a original tot file of your version and and a moded dll file to use in flash tool....

Change "AP CHIPSET" to b2(MSM8974)
Change "TARGET DIR" to your extracted folder.
