I've switched from an Asus Zenfone 2 that had 2GB of ram, Lollipop 5.0.1 and a 720p screen:
System uses only 365MB

Thanks
is there a reason why it's doubled compared to the Asus implementation of Lollipop?

Never used Asus. But AFAIK free ram is wasted ram. However, 2GB is insufficient in my opinion. You can switch to may be 5 or 6 apps. After that, it reloads

Thanks to chainfire we got this add-on to use the usb port for extra storage. I was looking to make a very small micro-usb to microsd(card reader), google did not satisfy my needs for answers. so I could not find any products. I was about to design one my self when i found this. It could prob. be made much smaller so you would end up with some thing less then a cm (.4 inch) sticking out of the phone. small price to pay for adding up to 32 gigs (this one already has 4 gb build in so you'll get 36gb).

Looks like you can only connect to that drive OR the Internet... Not both. That's a deal breaker.

I'm using the CM9 Endeavor Unleashed 017.
I just noticed that I'm having very heavy battery drain in the background. I had the phone at 100% and by the morning it was 41%. It didn't even have a SIM card in it.

1.02Gb of RAM usage? Wtf!
I'm running Hyperdrive ROM and it's pretty cool but the ram usage is freaking high!
I know that it isn't spouse to be bad because of the android ram management and all that stuff, but it feels laggy sometimes.
And I was used to 750mb at most when I was running Stock rooted.
Any clue?
What should I do to lower it?

Kill all your apps and such. Also read through the hyper drive thread and check if someone else if having the same problem.
Hey guys,
My gnex has been using over 75% of its ram at all times as shown in the screen shot.. I cleaned all apps from the memory and the minimum ram it uses is 75%...im running the official cyanogenmod 10.2 nightlies... This can't be normal.. Every time I exit an app by pressing the home button my launcher(nova launcher) has to restart (obviously because the ram fills up and the launcher closes while in the app)
Any suggestions of what my be going on? What can I do to have as much ram available as possible??
Any suggestions for lighter ROMS that use a lot less ram maybe?
Thanks in advance

Got my screen protector today.
I feel much safer having my tablet around IED's now.

... 'cause it's necessary to change the artwork to match EVERY device that could be used, right?

I think it is intended to protect your tablet when any nearby iphones explode into flames.
