Today i also stucked in the same situation. I used Flashtool to again unlock my cellphone and it is now working fine..
Install Flashtool(prefer latest one) -> Install drivers (fastboot, flashtool, and xperia m)-> connect your phone in switch off mode-> press BLU button in flashtool-> enter code and press unlock.. (for first two attempts it didn't worked for me but later worked.)
Hope this will work for you.
I guess bootloader is unlocked.. But when I switch on the phone it stucks at bootscreen.. Ie., bootloop.
Wen I try to flash latest firmware via flashtool, it's can't read error..
Even I cudnt install twrp recovery by command.. There too it show can't read error.
Try downloading an older version of flashtool

I also suffer from this problem ,but I flash cwm recovery via flashtool then installed cm13.
For cm13 or any other version above cm12 first install cwm recovery then after flashing cm now go to cwm recovery and flash twrp version 3.02 cause 3.0 is having some problems.

!!
My problem is similar:
I have installed CyanogenMod 7 V7.1.0 (9 Oct 2011), and it works fine about two days until today :-(
After installing 2nd init with bootmenu from market, my phone stucks on boot logo, so I decided to remove 2nd init from 2nd init menu.
I am only able to access the stock recovery!
Now, my phone still stucks on boot logo, I tried to restart phone, but no success.
Also, I tried to flash with RSD Lite, but my PC does not recognizes my phone.
Can anybody help me with this?
Is it possible to flash phone via system recovery by update.zip ?
--> Problem solved by entering into Bootloader Mode and flashing with RSD Lite tool.
Thanks!
Actually CM7 already have the 2nd-init running and busybox too.
install motorola drivers and RSD lite
get the full SBF
enter boot loader mode by pressing volume up and power
flash SBF
this should fix everything. you can then try installing CM7 again
Hi, I'm new to android rooting and flashing stuffs. I have Asus Zenfone 2 16gb version.
My frnd rooted my device and installed superSU (something like that) but the xmod app was not working, so my frnd gave me this Kingo root apk he told me that it will work. so I installed that kongo root..it says some files needed to be fix, so I presses ok..after the prosecco is done, I reboot my phone..but it stuck in loading. after that I'm finding solution to boot it back normally. I tried flashing new firmware which I downloaded from the asus website, but It failed in 48%, some one told me to flash TWRP recovery, so I flash TWRP recovery from adb sideload, after that I was not be able to go in recovery mode. I press for recovery mode...my phone restarts and again loads the fastboot or bootloader screen. after that I tried to flash other recovery image. but still I cant go in recovery mode. PLEASE HELP!!
You should not flash custom recovery with a lock bootloader. Unlock your bootloader first.
You dont sideload a recovery img. Go to bootloader, then enter this adb command
fastboot flash recovery (name of recovery image) .img
PS. Xmod dont work on intel based android processor. Correct me if Im wrong, Ive read that a long time ago.
When I write the command "reboot recovery" in adb (USB debugging was enabled), the phone reboots and remains stuck in the ASUS splashscreen. It reboots multiple times and then goes into the bootloader menu. I can't manage to go to TWRP. Adb says twrp flash was successful but I don't get the problem.
Please, its URGENT!

are you sure your bootloader is unlocked. if yes try flashing different version on twrp. better latest from twrp official website

i think you flashed ze551ml files in xfstk thats why you are having splashscreen issue
My device is an Xperia Xa1 Ultra G3223.
Long story short, I was on rooted Android 7.0 with magisk v16 or 17 don't remember and TWRP. I was unable to update my firmware using the system so I used XperiFirm to get the latest firmware from my carrier. I used flashtools to built a .ftf for branding I wrote Sony and version I put 48.1.A.2.101. I did a factory reset then flashed it.
Now I can boot into android no problem but if I try to enter recovery it just reboots into android using adb reboot recovery. And if I try to use adb reboot-bootloader it just boot loops and the only way I can get out of it is to hold vol down to enter flash mode and reflash my .ftf. I tried using flashtool to enter fastboot but it still boot loops.
Now I'm at a loss for what to do. I was going to try and flash a kernel and recovery from another thread here but I cant do that. Is there a way to flash a kernel/recovery without fastboot or something ?
Thank for any help
Ok well i finally got it working again! I tried using Emma and that updated me to 116 but i was unable to get to the bootloader. Funny enough i unplugged my phone from the usb hub i was using and plugged it directly to my pc i was able to get to the bootloader. So i re flashed 101 and then flash a kernel and a recovery and all is good now no more bootloop when i try to go into the bootloader.
Hi,
I recently installed magisk, then xposed and my phone went into bootloop. I reflashed with original boot image and wipped data and it was starting ok.
Then i installed magisk threw TWRP.
But the OTA would not work.
Si I'd like to flash the stock rom to restart from zero.
Can I just flash it like that, with mi flash ?
Or do I have first to unroot ? And to relock bootloader ?

no need of unrooting and never lock your bootloader with custom recovery or rom .
I recommend you to flash the stock rom in edl mode , connect your device in fastboot mode to your PC and open command prompt in your adv/fastboot folder .
then type the command : fastboot oem edl , the screen of the device will turn off , but notification led will blink , then flash stock firmware via MiFlash, after flash completed , hold power button for about 10 seconds(until you feel the vibration)
Thanks Mate ! I do this rght now !
(my phone is out: only starting if I install magisk with TWRP... Flashing the stock boot img will go in boot loop. So weird that let's go back to the stock )
