Hello there,
I have a problem with the order of my pictures inside google photos app.
Everything was okay till I did a backup of all my files on sd-card to my pc. I flashed a RUU and tried to copy my files back to my phone.
But now Google Photos shows in my WhatsApp Images folder that all photos were taken on the same day, while google photos shows the correct timestamp in DCIM folder.
On my pc the timestamp is correct for both folders, DCIM and WhatsApp Images.
Any idea how I can solve this?
Thanks.

Hey I have a question relating to the android gallery. I downloaded some pics off the net, and created my own folder in my SD card but now I get a error loaded pic when I try to view them.
But if I move the pics back to the /download/ directory they show up no problem in the gallery. I'm not sure why this is happening? Any ideas?
My problem is that after deleting a file from DCIM folder after taking a backup on my PC (the folder where the pictures clicked from the phone are stored); when I click a new picture it is stored with a filename of the deleted file.
e.g if I hv stored Image006 on my PC and deleted it from the SD card, a new image will have the name Image006 although I have an Image035
So then wen i backup the images again i hv problem of images having the same name.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening i.e the new filename should always be the one after my last image.
Also I dnt know if this happens only in Desire or in all phones.
Hi,
I formatted my sdcard and now I want to copy the backup photos from my PC. The EXIF-metadata on the PC are correct, but when I copy the files to the phone the timestamp changes to the time/date of the copying process (i.e. "now"). The pictures aren't shown in chronological order in the gallery. What can I do to fix this? I'm using Stock 4.1.2.
Thanks

Hello,
Today I had inadvertently deleted my ZUK Z2 Plus DCIM folder when the phone was attached to PC via USB cable.
I have two backup on Microsoft One-Drive and Google Foto of mine most important pictures but the problem is another:
I would like to know how I can recover the former DCIM folder structure, or better recover the former sub folders below the DCIM root directory and the data therein contained. I've found a plethora of instructions and applications to recover photos but nothing about the DCIM folder recovery from the SD card in case of wrong deletion.
Are there any possibilities?
Many thanks!
