REVIEW
Review of Bluboo Maya.
Design.
BluBoo Maya is really slim for 5.5' smart-phone. Nice ultra slim aluminium frame gives it elegant look.
On the right side there are 3 buttons. Power , Volume, Receiver.
Top 3.5 inch audio jack slot.
Bottom microphone and 2 loudspeakers of high quality.
Back cover is made of nice quality plastic with diamonds structure which gives a metal look.
This is a gorgeous phone, and it has a gorgeous display to match. At 5.5inches across, it has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels , and Gorilla Glass 3. Display has natural, vivid and designer-like cool colours.
Back cover fit tight also due to IP64 demands.
IP64 means protected from water spray from any direction. Protected from total dust ingress
Cameras
We have learned that more megapixels in a smartphone camera don't always guarantee better photos. With a interpolated 13MP Sony sensor - Bluboo Maya can make pleasant not oversaturated pictures, with a slight tendency to red. White balance should be improved.
* New ROM removed the problem.
Front interpolated 8 MP camera good enough to make a selfie that can be edited in Beauty camera app.
Media Playing
BluBoo Maya has exceeding quality of loudspeakers surpassing many phones in PRO version.
Music MP3 files and other formats files is pleasant to the ear. Sound is much clearer and music and voice is stronger than in usual phone.
Display has natural and vivid colours. Overall feeling is realistic and immaculate cold.
Playing media files avi, mkv, mp4 formats is smooth and pleasant to watch.
Internal Specs & Usage
MTK6580A chipset,64bit quad-core 1.3GHz and 2 GB RAM gives the phone snappy feeling. Aps are opened instantly.
It is a clear advantage of Bluboo Maya with 2GB RAM above other 1 GB phones currently being on the market.
Smart-phone stays pretty cool even under stress.
Networking
3G, Wifi, Bluetooth.
Call quality is very good, voice from the speakers at the bottom of the Bluboo Maya and microphone sound natural and clear. Signal Reception is also very good, I did not experience drop calls, in fact, the antenna was rather great, It manages to get signals when other phones couldn’t. 3G signal is stable and strong in comparison to other models in PLUS 100USD range.
GPS is actually not very fast. nor it is very precise.
Summary
If you are looking for better battery life and Android 6 than Bluboo Maya is the must have. 2Gb RAM 16Gb ROM gives efficiency in opening the aps and enough disk space to store your multimedia. SD card up to 32GB is possible to install although not necessary.

The price for that beauty is good.
* I have seen that pre-sale at 69.99 USD already started on ali.

2GB of RAM does not matter much. Most task are good with 1GB. but 16GB ROM and iterpolated to 13 MP camera with Sony sensor seems great

Bluboo has good photograpy aps. Good selfie creators

FLASH Price of 49.99USD on aliexpress will be easier to get
I ordered one so I will make a review

Wow!
It looks completely awesome, and that price! Crazy..

The good news is Bluboo is going to hold another two snap up event in the next coming days.
1. 9AM (GMT+0) on June 21st (You can snap up Maya/Xtouch/Picasso/Xfire2/Uwatch)
2. 9AM (GMT+0) on June 22nd (You can snap up Maya)
For more details: www.bluboo.com.cn The countdown has started.

I added to opening post small review of Bluboo Maya.

Any news about the upcoming Bluboo Maya Max, initially reported Mod Edit by @Darth : Link removed for promoting selling sites. Not on XDA thanks! ?
Supposedly it has a larger 4200mAh battery!

I compared camera of Bluboo MAya to HT7 Pro.
Both claim to 13 MP.
HT7 PRO is SOON Bluboo Mya Sony sensor.
Does anybody know what it means

Yes you are right. Front camera is 8MP it is in the spec part of my post.
It is actually great for front camera.
Selfies are great.

We know that Bluboo Maya will use the cheap and really goot MT6580 1,3Ghz cpu, last year generation..
Does the MT6737 perform better than last year’s MT6580?
MediaTek released its latest MT6737 chipset by the end of this January. And the Chinese phone manufacturers rush to get the chipset on their latest low-end devices. The first MT6737 smartphone is the Homtom HT17 with an unbeatable price of $69.99.
However, is the newest one actually performs better than the MT6580 of last year? GeekLove Channel made a comparison video of the Homtom HT17 and the Bluboo Maya that packs MT6580 chipset. In this video, you’ll find out the answer.
Video link:
Bluboo Maya pre-sale at $69.99: http://promo.bluboo.com.cn/maya/

The comparison is made from point of view of simple use and can be misleading at the very least.
Bluboo Maya chipset MTK 6580 1.3 GHz with GPU: Mali-400 MP = GPU of HT7.
Bluboo Maya 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM
Gorilla glass 3
It is 3G.
Camera Back 13MP,
Camera Front 5 MP
HT 17 has new chipset MTK 6737 1.1 GHz with GPU: Mali-T720MP1
It is 10-20% better than MTK6735 with GPU Mali-720 in HT7 PRO
HT 17 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM
HT 17does not have gorilla.
It has 3G and LTE.
Camera comparison
It should be obvious that more megapixels in a smartphone camera don't always guarantee better photos.
With a 13MP Sony sensor - Bluboo Maya can makes great quality pictures with Camera Sony IMX 219.
Benchmark comparison
If one compares benchmarks then the test results .
Bluboo Maya GPU Mali 400
GFXBench (DX / GLBenchmark) 2.7 - T-Rex HD Offscreen C24Z16 1920x1080
min: 1.1 max: 6 fps
3DMark (2013) - Ice Storm Unlimited Graphics Score 1280x720 offscreen
min: 1690 max: 2467 Points
HT17 GPU Mali 720
GFXBench (DX / GLBenchmark) 2.7 - T-Rex HD Offscreen C24Z16 1920x1080
Min 4 fps max: 14 fps
3DMark (2013) - Ice Storm Unlimited Graphics Score 1280x720 offscreen

Not really equal.. but very close each other..
If 4G doesn't matter, Maya is a very good budget phone..
In the meantime, Bluboo made a drop test of Maya with his TPU protective case..

gaming test of Maya
I do not agree with your suggestion.
Maya is a budget phone only from the point of view of a pre-sale price.
in my opinion it has flair that most budget phones have not. 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, Gorilla Glass

Stock eMAX ROM can be found on Needrom.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UMI eMAX is only 7.9mm thick, the claimed battery capacity is over 4000mAh.
UMi have made a name for themselves with the UMI Zero. After that UMI created a fantastic PC tool called Rootjoy to support custom ROMs.
While we are still wondering what would be the next, UMI just hit us with their Hammer. The toughest cookie UMI Hammer smartphone.
However, if anyone had been looking at images of the Hong Kong trade fairs that just finished, you might have seen images of a new UMI phone called eMAX.
After communicated with UMI, UMI eMAX is designed with a 7.9mm thickness body with over 4000mAh capacity battery.
This mean for a heavy smartphone user, the phone still can last 2-3 days long. If the eMAX specs are going to be real, then it would be the most outstanding smart phone, with similar specs as phones which only has 3000mAh battery.
Currently there are no infos if the UMI eMAX also will support Rootjoy and custom ROMs, but let's hope so!

UMI eMAX is also a power bank! (can also be used for iPhone 6).
As we know, UMi are preparing to launch a new smartphone named the UMI eMAX.
eMAX represent “Maximum Energy” and comes with over 3780 mAh battery capacity, so for heavy users it can last 2-3 days.
UMI eMAX is not just a smartphone where you can make calls, but also a power bank.
So you can use your it to help charge your friend’s iPhone 6, 2 times!
UMI says that they have a surprising offer about UMI eMAX on May 25th, no more info are out, so we just have to wait and see.
Great device.

I have 1.3GB RAM free still on mine, you can check it here http://goo.gl/TEucvU - but it really depends on how many apps you have installed and how many that run in the background. The more apps, the more RAM will be used. And the touch buttons have no backlight. OTG is supported, NFC is not, but it has Hotknot (an alternative to NFC).
Can you see them well in dark?

So can you see the buttons well in the dark? How about the front and back camera quality? Are they good? like is the back camera really 13mpx and front camera 5mpx?

I answered you that the buttons have no light, so you can of course not see them in the dark then. (but for me it is no problem, I know pretty fast where the buttons are located, I need no light for that.) For camera samples, check the link in post #1.

This phone is same like TCL 3N , same size, CPU, RAM, screen, weight.
But I think this phone not use same camera like TCL 3N, TCL use IMX214.
What do you think about camera on this phone?

Yes, the eMax is a sibling from the TCL M2U /Alcatel Flash Plus. Alcatel is a TCL Brand.
The differences are:
Screen: eMax has a Full HD screen, TCL has only a HD resolution
CPU: eMax 6572 with 1.7 Ghz max CPU, TCL uses the 6572M with max 1.5 Ghz
Camera: The TCL M2U has a IMX214 Sony sensor. See the official TCL homepage
I'am not sure if the Alcatel Flash Plus uses this sensor also. The specs are the same.
The eMax has a Omnivision sensor.
Modem: TCL supports different LTE Bands.
I think this are good news. TCL/Alcatel is a well respected brand in Asia, with good engineering and build quality.
The Alcatel Flash Plus is available since May.
Hi!
I'm interested in this phone UMI Emax but despite I've read all official and nonofficial information and I've watched all available video reviews, I couldn't understand what kind of sensors are used in both cameras. OK, Omnivision but could you be more specific? Is it OV13850 or what?
While watching s7yler's camera samples in his blog I saw very low resolution of the taken pictures - 2048 x 1536. Is this the original resolution of the pictures? Shouldn't be something like 4128 x 3096?

It is because I uploaded them to Google Plus photos, Google resizes them, but that doesn't make them look worse. The original pictures are of course in full resolution.
I presumed it could be the reason but wasn't sure. Thanks!
Still remains the question with the sensors. Anyone?
it would be great to have it at $109..
I contacted yesterday seller from UMI, and told me UMI EMAX use OV8858 camera
Umi emax have Gorilla Glas or not ?
i'm very suspicious about some of the hardware... normally the brands proudly write down extras like OGS, Gorilla Glass, Sony IXM Sensor or such things. Umi is pretty quiet about exactly those with the emax. No exact sensor, no "special made" glass.
i'll stay suspicious until further infos pop up...

It doesn't really matter what the specs says on paper, it is how it performs in real life. If you like the sample pictures I made (for me the pictures are more than good, I have tested a lot phones with a lot worse camera), then you should just forget about what sensor it has. We saw Ulefone advertise big for the Sony IMX sensor, but the pictures do not look that great. So for me they can write whatever sensor they want to, in the end it depends on how the pictures really look like. The same with the Gorilla Glass, many China companies write their phones uses Gorilla Glass, but I have had some in the hand where the glass just still felt like ordinary glass, so I wasn't really sure about it.
so, would you say the umi emax is one of the better 5,5" MTK6752 phones out there? btw, did you get my pn?

Leaked News:
LEAGOO launches the world's first non-breakpoint all-metal frame smartphone.
There have been rumors about LEAGOO’s new phone which is known as M5 starting mass production since last month. Recently, a leaked picture of LEAGOO’s new phone is highly suspected as M5, showing some exciting details of this new product.
From the first glimpse of M5, the most eye-catching feature is its non-breakpoint metal frame. No articulation point has been seen in its “all-metal” frame, which gives it a smooth touch feeling. The volume buttons and the power button are all located on the right side of the device, while the USB port is situated at the bottom. This should mean that the speakers are located on the back of the phone. M5 has a slim body and is perfectly appropriate to be used by one hand. Without any physical button on the front, the whole look of M5 is simple and pleasing. Besides, the metallic unibody structure gives it a sense of fashion. In all, M5 has an expressive figure among those big-size Smartphones.
CPU: Unknown Yet
RAM: Unknown Yet
Price: Unknown Yet
Time to market: Unknown Yet
We have no idea about the CPU inside, but it should be an entry level mid-ranger. While we don’t see it in the picture, at the back, the phone is also said to come with a fingerprint sensor, which has become a standard feature among LEAGOO smartphones recently. The price is said to be reasonable, but we have no official figures as of now. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
LEAGOO M5, the World’s First Nano “All-metal” Closed Loop Frame Smartphone.
After a long wait, LEAGOO has finally rolled out one of the coolest and most durable Smartphone. What do we can expect? Reasonable price, implicit toughness or just an amazing hardware configuration?
The M5 is declared to be so solid and shockproof that you absolutely no need to worry about the quality problem. If you take a regular Smartphone and throw it carelessly on the floor, there's a high chance of the device sustaining some kind of damage. It might crack, bend or totally stop working if its circuitry gets affected by the impact. M5 is declared to be totally different. It doesn’t mind getting crushed, or dropped by accident as it is built with durability in mind. (a pseudo-Rugged device?)
One of the most interesting feature of the M5 is the world's first nano “All-metal” closed loop frame design. LEAGOO seems to have finally solved an engineering challenge after days of testing and focus on a smooth and delicate “All-metal” frame body which encompasses a tougher structure and delivers an amazing hand feeling.
“All-metal” is not the only surprise here because the M5 features also a 0.19 seconds fingerprint function (the world's first MT6580 device with a fingerprint sensor), declared to be fast, accurate, secure and easy to use. (Smart Features are probably there)
It features a 5.0 inches HD display with 2.5D Bulletproof Glass, 8MP rear camera with flash led, 4P lens and F2.0 aperture that helps you get clear images and ensures that every shot is sharp and crisp.
Everything supported by 2GB RAM, 16GB of built-in storage plus expandable storage up to 128GB. Also, in order to improve music quality, the M5 uses the Awinic K7 Amplifier that provides dynamic sound performance. The loudspeaker's performance is declared to reach Hi-Fi levels.
As regards the battery life, the M5 packs a 2300 mAh li-polymer battery that should be able to handle at least one day of usage (MT6580 isn't a power hungry CPU). Just like the UHANS S1, it will feature the Freeme OS 6.0 (Based on Android 6.0), probably the second device ever released with this OS.
Powered by the a Quad-Core processor, the M5 is declared to deliver an astonishing battery life which can allow you to handle multiple tasks for a long time and without any interruption.
These are just the tiny part of the M5, more will come soon.

Sincerely it shocked me That's the perfect example of slim, but resistant, device.
Now...i would like to see a drop test, so that we can officially declare it as the world's first rugged device, with a non-rugged look.

It is definitely not weird. The original test video was made by Leagoo, so it is obviously fake (or just call it marketing).
However, the device can actually survive a car! That's surprising.
And 2GB RAM for 60€? How can it be better?

I know, but i still can't believe that they faked the video. OUKITEL released many videos where they crashed their devices just like LEAGOO did with the last one, but they were real.
I will definitely ask LEAGOO more info about the Screen Glass.

I will definitely ask LEAGOO more info about the Screen Glass.

In leagoo's video where they hammer the nails, the board looks like 3/4 inch solid board, but if you look closely I think its actually hollow board.

Just a doubt, i am not a Glass Expert but i think this isn't something non-sense. In the Valendar's Video we can see that he firstly scratched the glass, it definitely reduces its toughness...BUT, it is strange that it got scratched so easily.

Uhans A101 S /SWEET 2GB 16GB / MT6580 /Info / review /TWRP

Ever since the release of UHANS A101, the design of the device as well as the performance has been adored by the users.
Some of them, me included, asked if the memory could be larger and said that the camera should be better.
So according to leaks there comes UHANS A101s in answer to expectations.

The A101s has inherited the round body from A101, looking even stunning with more vibrant and vivid colors. But to differ itself from the A101, this A101s is packed with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. So the users won’t worry about that the memory is not enough for music, videos, apps or others. The photography has bettered with a 8MP interpolated to 13MP rear camera by Sony.
What’s more, the CPU is MediaTek MT6580 rather than MT6737, as A101s is positioned as the most affordable MT6580 smartphone on the market while the prices of other MT6580 smartphones are raised. That said, it won’t be much more expensive than the A101.

A $0.99 limited offer of UHANS devices has been going.
More info . http://bit.ly/2ehIEhG
There are many reasons if we do not need 4G to consider Uhans A101s.
MTK6580 is a very efficient CPU and if the price will be attractive than 2GB and 16GB gives much comfortable user experience. Now 1GB ROM seems outdated to me

More Color Options for UHANS A101s
Not long ago, UHANS made an announcement to release another version of the UHANS A101, the A101s, which has been made up with other skins. Six choices of colors are provided, including slate gray, quartz pink, gold, white, red and green, catering for different favors.
Young and beautiful, is what the device’s trying to convey. A tender texture coming from the rubber coating, couples with sharp and vibrant colors, indicating the infinite vitality of the youth.
Six colors, each looks and feels premium and appealing. Aside from the vivid color variants, the A101s has a MediaTek MT6580 processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, 2450mAh removable battery and a very surprisingly good camera.
How good does the A101s perform? More will be unveiled very soon. By the way, have you joined the $0.99 limited offer yet?

MT6580 is old and has a beard. Why did they pic that one ? I rather have to spend 10-20$ and have a phone with LTE.

It is a natural question why so many manufactures recently launched models with MT6580?
Uhans A101s comparison with Uhans A101.
A101s is now selling at 69.99USD which for a 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM and Sony IMX219 is not very much IMHO

UHANS A101s Is Ready for Sales with $69.99
The show up of UHANS A101s has been a center of controversy. Some users think it as a ****ty product, while some regard it as a good sign that the company truly listen to their customers. Like it or not, the device is available now.
Copying the look of A101, A101s stands out with its different color. Coupled with a soft touch and polished electroplating frame, its beauty excels A101. The 2450mAh battery is also removable just like that of A101.
What’s worth mentioning is that the rear camera has been updated to 8MP, which is interpolated to 13MP. It applies a Sony IMX219 sensor, capturing vivid and crisp colors. Wide angle ensures enough light to create good pictures.
In addition, the memory has been enlarged to 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, catering for normal daily use. And the price is just $69.99, very affordable. Any more details can be checked here:

The controversial new “upgraded” Uhans A101s is now here and ready for the customers, so it’s once again time to take a look at this new Uhans model.
Theoretically it should be an upgrade over the predecessor Uhans A101, but is that really the case ?
And where is the catch ?
That comes with a processor choice, where the MT6737 gets replaced with non-4G enabled MT6580.
Price stays competitive with $69.99, but can the positives outweigh the negatives ?
The decisions will be ultimately on the customers, what do you think about that ?

Upgrade ?
I think MT6737 +2GB RAM would have been a nice upgrade.
I personally don't care about LTE in a budget phone, but MT6580 is a considerable CPU & GPU performance downgrade compared to MT6737.

The MediaTek MT6737 happens to be another entry-level chipset from MediaTek after the MT6735 and the MT6580, both of which started showing up on phones not too long ago. MT6735 phones were generally a little on the pricier side of budget phones, while the MT6580 lacked an on-board 4G modem. The MT6737 aims to bridge that gap.
I am not impressed with this MT6737 so far. Often it is down-clocked to 1.1 GHz. Performance rather poor.
If not for LTE than for an average user with average apps you do not see the difference with MT6580. 2GB RAM and 16 ROM make a difference although in my opinion with 32 GB SD cards bigger ROM makes no difference to me.
I have higher expectations with MT6737T

Hit thank you if I helped you
I agree that MT6580 + 2GB RAM may perform better than MT6737 + 1GB RAM in some situations, especially heavier multitasking.
That said, though, I still can't understand why Uhans chose MT6580 for A101S.
There are not so many alternatives for efficient low priced CPU that is all. That is why many manufacturers in second half of 2016 still launch models on MT6580
Sony IMX219 camera test in Uhans A101S
Some users are not content about what A101’s camera can do, which inspires the company to put more effort on the rear camera of A101s. That’s why A101s’s camera is a vastly improved one that applies the 8MP Sony IMX219 sensor.
According to info the A101s of UHANS is young and beautiful, expressing a different concept from the Nokia Tribute A101. The memory is larger and camera is better.
The camera is probably the best with similar price tag on the market.
Some users are not content about what A101’s camera can do, which inspired Uhans to put more effort on the rear camera of A101s.
That’s why Uhans I think changed A101s’s camera on one which is a vastly improved. A101s applies the 8MP Sony IMX219 sensor.
The tech that predictive autofocus and an infrared sensor helping with the white balance creates images with lots of detail and nice, natural colors. What’s more, it has a wide lens, which is great for landscapes, street scenes and tight spots.

Poptel P10 review
Poptel P10 review
There are now several members of Poptel P family. Traditionally, P9000 max is the big brother, the P10 is the middle one, and the coming P8 is the little brother. Poptel P family series are IP68 water-resistant Android phones. If you are interested in a rugged smartphone, it is a good alternative to the Poptel P10. Learn more at https://www.poptelmobile.com/product/POPTEL-P10-4.html
Poptel P10 design
As soon as I unbox the Poptel P10, surprisingly, the construction of P10 looks pretty rough. The rear cover of the device has a top protective texture to make it tougher and actually make it easier to grip. The camera is right on the center of the top rear cover, close to the camera is the flash and responsive fingerprint reader. Placing fingerprint reader here makes it easier to reach, but it also means that the front of the device has more space for the display. Near to the bottom of the rear cover is the speaker.
The three parts are embedded below the surface of the body.
Double color TPU injection crafted squarer edges of the body, rougher metal frame, and hard buttons, combination of rubber with textured plastic comprise the sides of the phone, only 12mm thick with a 5.5-inch screen to protect it.
On the right metal side has the power switch and volume button, and on the other is the SIM slot that can actually take two nano SIMs or one microSD card + nano-SIM card. And a function button is placed near the SIM slot.
Especially, the function button can open the camera and activate the shutter button without having to unlock the phone. Meanwhile, double press the power button also can access the camera, which is really useful and convenient if you are in a harsh situation, or wearing gloves.
And there is one part of the P10’s waterproofing that does impress, they are USB port and headphone jack underneath the edge of the phone. They are sealed and totally waterproof, being completely blocked off from the insides of the phone.
IP68 Waterproof and dust-proof
As a rugged smartphone, according to the office information, P10 is certified to IP68, a standard that allows it underwater 1.2 meters for 30 minutes to keep the phone from the damage. The unique construction guarantee it can work in a server environment even in temperature-20°C-50°C.
Poptel P10 display and camera:
The P10 gets a 5.5-inch FHD IPS to display with multi-point touch and Gorilla Corning glass protective screen. 18:9 aspect ratio offers a more immersive experience than other phones this size when you view pictures and video or consume content of any kind. The content on the screen can even read by 50% of the screen brightness in the shadow or indoors.
P10 features a 13-megapixel Sony IMX13 sensor, captures astonishingly detailed and perfectly lit images with a high speed, high sensitivity, low noise, and low power consumption, even in harsh daylight.
There are some photos shot by P10, I have to say, P10’s rear camera offers incredibly accurate color, from the photos, the colors were rich and true to life. Also, the sunlight legibility is above average.
Poptel P10 software:
Running the latest version of Android 8.1, the P10 works smoother and steadier. On the one hand, the operating system is a quiet clean sheet. There are a variety of standard applications, which can handle what meet all your needs. On the other hand, it greatly optimized the phone’s performance. There is no noticeable lag with operating software linked to fingerprint reader and other hardware, which is totally smooth.
As for the settings, everything is great, too. One of the good points is the P10 supports NFC and back fingerprint unlock, which is very convenient and safe for payment when you left your money and credit cards in a home.
Now, let’s see the information from the system utilities. The Poptel P10 runs on MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763) and clocked at Octa-core 2.0GHZ processor with the advanced TSMC 16nm FinFET technology, it performs well at fast speeds while consuming less power. And it uses the improved LPDDR4 mobile memory technology as POPTEL announced, along with its 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM memory, whether I am cruising the web with multiple tabs open or playing Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, the P10 won’t stutter. On the other hand, Google services-driven or APP only takes up a small part of the storage space. So users can effectively install and use whatever applications they need.
the performance of P10 on AnTuTu astonished me. Benchmark score 84,180 stands out in most of the same level rugged phones.
Geekbench Benchmark Test Result:
Network:
I tested the Poptel P10‘s network and were surprisingly notice that dual-LTE was available soon. As the brand said, the phone supports for European countries. And the signal is not too weak even in remote areas. Also, call quality was great, and I didn’t find out any problem with other communications either.
GPS test
As for the GPS, I did some tests, the GPS guiding is good too, it can guide the destination immediately and accurately.
Battery life
3,600mAh battery of P10 is less than P family’s P9000 max, but it ’s standby time is quite good for this level phone. Full days heavy usage including games, videos, and other activity is absolutely obtainable.
What’s more, the phone can work more days than you expected at normal mode but saving battery or other modes. When you do need to charge the device, you won’t have to wait too long though fast charging is not available.

Hi
I am looking for review..
thanks
Hi, is there a test and review for this phone? Thank you.
Poptel Review
Poptel P60
Poptel brand is born in 2018 and only focus on rugged devices at the moment, the current models included P9000 Max, P10, P8, and P60. Now, in my hands, it’s P60, the latest devices from Poptel.
Package and design
The smartphone comes in a black box. Inside, its accessories were put in two boxes separately.
One small box contains the charger, another one contains USB cable and earphone adapter. Additionally, there is one tempered glass film provided in a small envelope, different from normal protect film, the glass film is more tough and durable. In the envelope, there are user manual and a small special tool used for opening the SIM card holder.
Most of the rugged smartphones have their own symbolical appearance, so does the Poptel P60. The P60 comes with three colors: red, green and orange. And only 2 accents on the back and on the front under the display show the color. It is the color that makes the phone shine. What I show you is the Green one. This device has a durable metal frame, plastic corner edges, suspending border and glass design on the back. I like this unusual design and good appearance.
The location of the buttons here is quite standard. On the left side, there is a SIM tray, which can be dragged by a fingernail. 2 Nano-SIM or 1 Nano and a Micro-SD for memory expansion fit into the sled.
The volume and power button are placed on the right side. Besides, lower these 2 control keys there are 2 additional buttons which activate only a long press. The upper one is the customized button, can be set to link other apps or actions, like SOS or Zello or some others. The lower one is the camera button, which means that it can open the camera directly after a long press. So it is pretty convenient to take photos underwater. Poptel has also considered this, in case it is easy to accidentally activate the buttons, so you need to press it for a long time. Very thoughtful!
Especially, the Micro-USB port at bottom of the phone is normal and no port plug, it’s really waterproof because of its advanced technology and real IP68 rating. There is no need to check whether the waterproof plug works well underwater, also no trouble replacing the port plug again and again. In addition, charging is very convenient.
the earphone port with 3.5mm jack on the top of the device is a little deep, but Poptel sends a free earphone adapter in the package.
The fingerprint sensor is located on the back and unlocks the phone within a second. Face-unlock is available to unlock the device as well, which is completely unlock the phone even a wearing hat.
Display
The 5.7-inch IPS display is characterized by a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Due to its design, the margins around the display are correspondingly large, so that the Poptel P60 looks bigger than normal 6-inch. So the screen is very decent, bright, rich, clear and with large viewing angles. The 5-point touch screen is quite accurate and quick.
The front side is covered with Gorilla glass, protect it from any damages. At the left top is a red light, it lights only when charging and not for notifications.
a Software
Running a customized operating system based on Android 8.1, the Poptel P60 has an intelligent interface. Different from other rugged smartphones, it adds some private systems except normal apps, like Freezer and Privacy System. The system runs smoothly. Everything goes well so far.
Performance
The heart of the Poptel P60 is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 processor operating at up to 2.0GHz. Also there are 128GB ROM and 6GB RAM of permanent memory, which offers plenty of room for multitasking and you do not have to push it that fast. The 16nm processor is energy efficient, optimizing system to provide decent performance. The hardware, combined with good optimization gives more than enough for comfortable everyday use.
Camera
The two rear cameras consist of a 16-megapixel Samsung 3P3 Sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor. Optics has an aperture of f / 2.2, autofocus is phase. Daytime shots taken on the Poptel P60, come out good. The color rendition and white balance are correct, long-range plans are clear and fast autofocus
Surprisingly, Poptel P60 has an incredible amount of photography modes in one smartphone. there are so many photo-taking modes. The amazing intelligent photo algorithms helps shoot more beautiful and interesting photos, for example: the Face-age Photographing Gender, age identification is based on artificial intelligence algorithm; As for Smiling Face photographing, the camera can automatically detect the people smile to take photos; And numerous Beauty and Cute Plus, like Buffing, Skin whitening, Face-lift, Bigeye, Beauty Plus and Cute Plus video etc.
https://i.postimg.cc/gjPdVyF3/Poptel-P60-camera-2.png[/IMG
[IMG]https://i.postimg.cc/J0JNgL29/Poptel-P60-camera-3.png
The smartphone is able to record video in maximum resolution Full HD with 30 frames per second. There is no stabilization, the focusing is automatic, the quality of the picture and the soundtrack is at a good level.
Battery
The battery of the device has a capacity of 5000 mAh. It works well. There is no problem to use it normally for 4-5 days. As for the power consumption for one-hour gaming is 10%, which is quite high considering the 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone is not noticeably warm after an hour of gaming.
Rugged smartphone is considered for men mostly. However, among numerous smartphones, Poptel P60 is suitable for both men and women for its incredible durability and stylishness.
Thanks For Review.
@samileo31 for the review. Please add GPS and camera result in low light.
Poptel P60 is a complete rugged smartphone because of its advanced features. Its come with AI Technology, Helio P23 processor 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, IP68, MIL-SPEC 810G Standard, Face ID, NFC, 16MP+5MP Duel Rear cameras, 5.7" 2K display and Support wireless charging.
For the price point I am generally impressed, if you work outdoors and need something reliable, it is a definite consideration with exceptional battery and IP rating etc as critical factors, and easy to hold in the hand (it feels military, bug bezels etc, no accidental screen touching etc).
Unless you are in the market for the usual higher end device eg. Samsung etc. with extra strong case eg. otterbox, then this can be less than half the price and still get the job done at the end of the day and last you longer, both due to battery and durability.
For me, a product like this should really just be part of the Android One OS range, keeping it simple while including the 2 year security updates etc., assuming the manufacturer will ensure timely updates of course :-S
But overall a big thumbs up at this price range! Phones today are not as different as they used to be in previous years, it was unheard of a few years ago to have octocore with 6GB ram and a decent IP rating, and still be less than half price from flagship devices!! If you decide to go this one, be aware there are discounted offers going around so do your research!
