it's the location mode,
simply enable location and go to location settings, and you'll find the options between High Accuracy and Battery saving...etc.

Download the file, rename by deleting .Zip from the end and import it with the application you have. Apply and go.

WHICH APPLICATION?
I have removed .zip but I jave no idea which application to use for importing without root.
I am on Fully stock miui11 11.0.3.0 Global stable K20 PRO

No luck in finding import option anywhere in Themes app.
Installed the mod using MI theme editor app. Here is the steps I followed
1. Install the theme using mi theme editor [playstore]
2. Goto Themes > my page > themes
3. Spiderman themes appears. Click and apply the theme. [I applied only system]
