I have root, I was trying this on my own initially but was unable to install dual recovery then I saw your post. I checked everything while creating the prerooted firmware, after flashing I tried installing recovery but it didn't work. I tried again after unlocking the bootloader and it still didn't work. I wanted recovery to install xposed framework. How did you get recovery to work for you?
Man, thank you so much.
Worked fine for me.
Perfect, and I'm loving the Lollipop update.
I think we should wait 2_3 days to get working. Dual recovery.. @Nut will update asps.

I was thinking of adding in PRF Creator but I saw a thread where it was causing bootloops in xperia 5.0.2, there is a fix for the bootloop problem however the fix needs to be flashed before the xposed framework is flashed. I was unsure about how it would work if I added both the fix and the xposed framework together in PRF Creator so I didn't add them at all hoping that I might be able to install XZDual recovery after flashing the rooted firmware. I tried installing the recovery but the phone would only boot to android system. I have no bootloops but I have root.
Successfully rooted it again and sorry cannot get recovery working because if i use recovery installer by nuts is causing bootloops and sorry guys i will be not creating video tutorial because my classes have been started.
Can anyone tell me how to repair recovery. I accidently flashed (i think) wrong recovery through minimal adb and fastboot. And now its not starting into recovery, rather goes directly to normal boot.

Or only flash stock recovery from sp flash tools
Hello developers and users,
I wanted to unroot my tablet but I accidentally deleted the OS but am still in the TWRP recovery mode. I wanted to try using a different root on the tablet but didn't know how. Is there a way that I can still flash the stock ROM into this device despite me deleting the OS?
I have a T-800.
Just flash the backup you made with twrp or boot to Download mode from twrp then flash the stock firmware.

Hi all, I was just wondering if anybody has any idea how to root this device with magisk successfully. I have tried flashing twrp via fastboot then flashing magisk via twrp but when I reboot it only takes me to twrp again. I've also tried patching stock boot.img via magisk manager and then flashing the patched boot.img still wont reboot to system. If anybody here knows how to root this device please reply, thanks

I tried mine, but it got stucked at booting into twrp mode.
I flashed cn twrp into cn rom and then I flashed global rom thru twrp and keep booting into Twrp..

Then I flashed fastboot cn rom but somehow it became global rom with " find device closed unexpectedly" and also goes into xiaomi recovery mode.
Did you try rooting with SR5-SuperSU-v2.82-SR5.zip?
---------- Post added at 07:36 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:32 AM ----------
You might need to flash Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt.zip as well.
Is it possible to install Global Rom on the Chinese version?
i had flashed some roms but the system partion of these still encrypted。
I solved the problem by flashing a hacked rom which truly decrypted systempartion。
so i think twrp (the current one)cannot help to decrypt systempartion

So is this a problem with twrp and not magisk being incompatible with the device? Should we just wait for official twrp?
