Hi!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with step by step tutorial how to go back to original rom.
Currently I'm running cm12 on my desire 816 a5_ul. Everytime I try to flash stock rom I fail and I don't know why.
The most common error I get is something like "0P9CDIAG no image or wrong image!" and twrp cancels istallation.
Please if anyone could help
Have you tried Nukaru's tutorial for how to get the A5_ul back to stock?

Are you sure it's the correct stock image. I only ask because I had to flash my unlocked UK T-Mobile Desire back to stock ROM. I had the Open Desire ROM installed and am on Vodafone.
Being on autopilot, I downloaded the Vodafone stock ROM and got an error every time I tried to flash it. Then I realised, although it is unlocked, it is still hard coded to T-Mobile. So I downloaded the T-Mobile stock ROM.....hey presto, it installed straight away! <Homer Simpson D'oh!! moment for me>
How would I flash to a stock rom to sell the phone?
I think I am going to keep the memory card, so the person that buys it would have issues if I left it on a custom ROM due to the fact that you need to generally partition the sd card and such.
Or are there any basic roms that are stable and dont require partitioning?
Is it a gsm desire, if so flash the relevant ruu from shipped roms problem solved

You have newer HBOOT, and you cannot downgrade.
Only way to downgrade is with s-off.
Have you relocked the boot loader? I've gotten this error on other phones just had to relock the boot then it worked correctly.

I converted my HTC to GPE and didn't really like it that much as i thought so i have reverted my phone back to Sense using the method posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2733523. I want to install ARHD 10.2 on my phone but i don't know how to do that. I have tried flashing it but it seem that my firmware is 1.54.401.5. Can I upgrade my firmware to 2.22.1540.3 using this method:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2696282 then install ARHD.
Please provide me with some guideline
(using the latest version of viperone at the moment)
Yes.
I won't brick my phone by following the method in the link right? After flashing the firmware I can go straight to ARHD right?
Can someone please verify for me again that I would not brick my phone by doing this.
