I don't have the skills but I'm willing to support the initiative as far as I can!
Sounds like the same issue i had, check google-cert folder that you have it and also build the files so that you edit default storage path. It was a few months ago i tried to build my own and i ended up with similair problem and it was related to missing cert and wrong storage path.
Im no expert, its just a hobby of mine so i might be wrong

I have in my hands this info from the first hour I took the phone. I have built a whole device tree not only the partitions. Anyway, I appreciate any help. The big problem is that some sources of Huawei are not given. Especially for the kirin920 soc. That's why development is very difficult. Anyway, I am still trying for building... For any news, I will immediately tell you.

I've no doubt about this. @spanorg please help codeworkx (this IP the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=58283578).
He's searching for a tester whit competences. I think your help could be more precious now, you are a recognized developer and you can do more than a tester. you can collaborate whit him, and finally became our leader.
(we can ask for donations or other, if possible, to support your works)
Thanks.

What do you need?
Here's a kernel for inline building:
https://github.com/codeworkx/android_kernel_huawei_h60
In original sources, have at look at drivers/vendor/hisi.
There are some "acore" folders with android userspace stuff. Doesn't belong there, but it's there.
I've seen some kirin stuff for bionic.
For everything else you have to use their libraries and make them working with aosp.
I assume this requires a ****load of bad hacks.

No offense but you're the 3rd one to release a rom that has the exact same source as the original CM13 thread, and all others have been shutted down. You should invest your time helping the main branch fixing their stuff instead of dividing everybody. Releasing a ROM that is exactly the same with a different name is a total lack of respect to those who really worked hard to make this happen, plus your sources are not even public :/

I'm pretty sure it's an XDA rule to publish the source of every rom/kernel. Otherwise it could contain malware/keylogger or could be fake. I took a look at SLIM's github and i didn't see anything related to the S6.
Dude you dont get it. According to XDA you should publish a source for the kernel and I did. Go ahead with the link I posted and it will direct you to the kernel source. It is not necessary that the kernel should belong to Slim.
I see no official source on your GitHub. Is this just a rebrand of CM 13 for S6?
Nevermind keep it coming

I guess its usable. But a different build for S6 Edge is in the works.
Doesnt Boot on my 920f latest recovery clean install with and without gapps. Never finnishing Boot animation.
So I've been building some roms for this device for a while now and figured I'd share my personal builds. I do not have the time to officially maintain these or provide any support which is why I'm posting them here. Hopefully it doesn't get removed. These have been tested on the US variant.
ROMs I'm currently building weekly-ish:
CM13 - credits to the CM team. Moved. Please see this thread for updates.
Bliss - credits to the CM and Bliss team. As of 8/12/16 this ROM is currently discontinued until if/when the source starts working again. Nothing I can do about this. Last build can be downloaded here.
Resurrection Remix - credits to the CM and RR team. Moved here.
CAF-AOSP - See main thread here.
The device tree, kernel, and vendor stuff is all coming from @surdu_petru He's done an outstanding job on this device. We should all be thankful for the work he has done which has allowed things like CM to work on this device. I have rolled back some of the changes in his latest version to fix some of the issues introduced on his most recent sources. You should all buy him a beer if/when he returns
I'd also like to give credit to @EarlyMon and ncrypt3d for their guidance and willingness to teach a newbie.
Disclaimer: I am not responsible if you break your phone using these files. Educate yourself before using them.
Installation: Same as the CM13 requirements found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gx8/development/rom-t3342802
Gapps: I've only tested these with opengapps.
Sources:
CM: https://github.com/CyanogenMod
Bliss: https://github.com/BlissRoms
Resurrection Remix: https://github.com/ResurrectionRemix
Device: https://github.com/Huawei-Dev/android_device_huawei_rio
Kernel: https://github.com/Huawei-Dev/android_kernel_huawei_msm8939
Vendor: https://github.com/Huawei-Dev/android_vendor_huawei_rio
9/24/16 - Thread created for resurrection remix in the appropriate forum. This thread is effectively obsolete.
9/17/16 - Now helping build weeklies for the main CM13 thread. Resurrection Remix updated to include latest device fixes and snapdragon camera.
9/8/16 - CM13 discontinued now that the dev has returned. Please see his thread for future updates and give him your thanks. Bliss is still broken. Resurrection remix has been updated to latest sources and includes Sept 2016 security patches. DT2W should be working.
9/1/16 - Weekly updates.
Can you work on his MM Emui version so that it does not cause the flickering issue when flashed? As you have the US model {RIO-L03} i hope.
Huawei has not released M for the US and I haven't heard of any plans to update it. Nothing I can do about that. Unfortunately these roms require the tz.img from the foreign M release for the fingerprint to work. These builds will check to make sure the tz.img matches or the install will fail. Again this is all work done by @surdu_petru.
Long story short, nothing I can do. Yell at Huawei for providing no support in the US for this phone.
You should do a separate topic with changelogs for every rom.
It would look better and cleaner.
Going to test ressurection and bliss.
Where do we report for any bugs?
Best of luck.

They are all the same but each one has its own features regarding customization.
The Bliss Rom and Ressurection were the best ones because they are packed with features that CM doesn't have.
I'd go for Bliss.

See link at bottom of OP. Speaking of bliss, that seems to be broken since the last big CM update. New builds are no good until the bliss team fixes it (if they even choose to fix it with CM14 on the horizon).

Since the Xperia M aka nicki is no longer maintained I decided to start my own build and I thought I share it with the community.
Full Disclosure: I am not a developer. If there are bugs in any build, I cannot solve them. So always do a backup before flashing.
Also if you do not know how to flash: leave it be. I will not help with flashing problems.
I will try to keep it up-to-date.

Hi @Komapatient,
Glad to see you once again around here, think we last talked when you were using the Xperia V on LineageOS.
Happy to see nicki is not fully dead and that its users can benefit from newer builds.
However there's a big concern here, I pushed the Nicki official removal for two important reasons :
- Device sources are no longer updated. If there's no real issue it's fine, but might appear.
> Issues like autobrightness flashing in a weird way upon device wake/unlock is among the biggest issue fixed / wip since the changes stopped.
> Checked in my huashan sources to find common relevant things for nicki, I just pushed an overlay cleanup and fix for MMS non-Data use.
- Kernel sources are highly outdated. To put this in a easy way, we can judge the security status
> to be around December 2016 and February 2017. Therefore the security version you share here is only the ROM sources,
> though a good portion of the security patches are actually to be worked upon for each kernel.
You can find our internal CVEs vulnerabilities tracker concerning the nicki 8x27 kernel here : https://cve.lineageos.org/android_kernel_sony_msm8x27
Someone should at some point stand up and start looking at them one by one,
fixing the ones related to the kernel version by cherry-picking, testing then pushing to gerrit.
You can take my sony_msm8960t kernel as reference if you wish, only the most recent CVEs are a work in progress,
and you should therefore easily see which CVEs concern your 3.4 kernel and find the commits in my history.
I'd gladly merge commits uploaded to gerrit if they are valid and properly authored / clean.
Hope this makes the current status of Nicki a bit more clear.
Bye.
@AdrianDC
Thank you for your clarification. The kernel sources are indeed a bummer, but as my coding skills are below zero. Sadly I am not able to help here out.

Trying to "steal" my commits from sony_msm8960t would be a good start,
you can also check the commits tags on Gerrit to see the CVE 20xx-xxxx related numbers
when the information was set as topic, helps clearing the list too.
Since the work is already done on our side, it shouldn't be a giant work to do,
and would be a good place to start with + bring back some security updates to the device.

If you're referring to "Lucky Patcher detection" which Silesh uses in InvictaOS, than unless it's in RR sources officially, it's not in my official builds either. Also, unless you're using my device and kernel trees, and are compiling the kernel with Linaro, than these builds aren't the same as mine. If anything, I would assume they're the same as ///TheNexus/// nightly builds.

No worries! Silesh uses his own tweaked device tree and MM kernel in his builds. When I took over, I switched over to Lineage trees. I have a few extra commits here and there but nothing too serious and the only commits I've made in the vendor tree (at this time) is for the removal of "Device is HD Capable" notification that everyone hates lol.
