KitKat or Marhsmallow on Xperia M - Sony Xperia M

Hi!
I have small question. What is better on Xperia M? CM 11 (KitKat) or CM 13 (Marshmallow)? Which android version works better with this phone?

Marsmallow!!
My Current Device : Sony Xperia M C2004
Root Status : Rooted
Bootloader Status : Unlocked
Android Version : 6.0.1
ROM : AOSP MOKEE

Marshmallow is better optimized than KitKat? (faster starting apps, etc?)

What about lollipop? Dunno why you skipped it in comparison. I just got this phone and would like to improve it if possible vs stock 4.3 JB. Also how does 4.3 fare? Perhaps good enough?

Because lollipop is worst than Marshmallow. I tested 5.1 for 3 weeks, and i have big battery drain issue. And Lollipop have worse system of memory managment than Marshmallow, i think.

Is marshmallow in any state of a daily driver for Xperia M? Like does it work fully functionally or as close to it or does it have quite noticeable bugs in any of released ROMs?

Cm13 & cm 11
Updates always come with improvements. I think cm13 is better than cm11. However, we have various tastes. Try both of the and and you'll know what is best for you

Question edited , I mean android version and firmware , i heard that 4.1.2 is better than 4.3 but i dont know if its true . and opinion?
4.3. release 1 is the worst version. Release 2 is much better, battery life improved, stamina mode improved, no lag. I am satisfied with this version
There is not such thing as best firmware/rom try yourself and use what suits you the best!

Will anyone start working on Android Lollipop?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there are any developers around willing start working on a Lollipop ROM for our T2 Ultra.
Btw, I'm a software developer (Java, etc, etc) but with no experience in building mobile OSes before but if any dev out there needs help to work on a 5.0 rom for the T2 Ultra and can help me get started I'm on it 100%!
Let me know!
The Lolipop OS is still fresh bro, i don't think there will be any dev working on it right now.. beside that, the update to lolipop version still not released right now...
I just read that many devs already started working on it, including for the Xperia Z.

Kitkat vs Lollipop run time performance

I am getting a Geekbench 3 score 922/2777, add or subtract, on the stock Kitkat. I am getting something like 874/2313 under stock Lollipop. Isn't Lollipop run time supposed to be a massive improvement over Kitkat?
925/2853 on Lollipop.
The issue here is that Lollipop must get some kind of improvement over Kitkat on exactly the same tablet, right? Or not?

Which version of Android ? 4.4 or 5.1 for mtcB/C ?

I recently had to learn a lot about my old headunit because it suddenly did not boot.
I tested both Android 4.4 and 5.1 on my car stereo. But many links are disabled
I currently have ROM 4.4.4 of the rooted version of malaysk and it has a good speed, but some software no longer supports Android version 4.4.4 like waze
Some users have said that by installing the rooted version of Android 5.1 and removing a series of default programs, the ROM speed will be adjusted and maybe even faster than Android 4.4.4.
I have now found three versions of Android 5.1.1:
1- Factory version 5.1.1
2- custom version of malaysk user
3- Custom version on another site called booroondook
I installed the factory version and the speed was slower than version 4.4 and it was slower when opening the software. The amount of memory available in this version is low and with the installation of several software errors can be seen filling memory.
Using rooted versions increases the available memory as well as the ability to delete additional programs
Are custom 5.1 ROMs faster than the factory and good stability?
If yes, which ROM?
And finally, did anyone like me have the problem of not connecting to the iPhone 12/13 hotspot in version 5.1 of Android or not? Because this problem does not exist in version 4.4. ...
I tested the custom ROMs 5.1.1. There was a problem not connecting to the iPhone 13 hotspot in all ROMs.
Finally I installed ROM 4.4.4 micro g version
Very good speed
Increased internal memory
Beautiful appearance
Rooted
No problem connecting to iPhone 13 hotspot
Very light Of course,
in version 5.1.1 the malaysk ROM was faster But there is still a radio problem in ROM 4.4.4 ، 5.1.1

Any good custom roms for the Xperia S?

Hey everyone it has been a while (legit like 10 years later but who cares anyway)
I'm kindly asking anyone who has links (that aren't dead) for roms that are on android version 4.4 thru 8.1. I still have my xperia S lying around and it currently has chromas 5.1.1 from currently installed but since android 5.1 is buggy and slow for me. I wanted to try out to use android 4.4 again since its been a while since I've used a phone with android KitKat (my galaxy s4 is running android marshmallow).
