[THEME] [MOD] Black Keyboard for Nexus 7 - Rasbeanjelly Based

Hi guys, I am playing a little with themeing these days. I found that the latest DarkBeanJelly in my *N7* needed a better keyboard, at least something more Rasbeanjelly related, so I decompiled it, edited a few .9.png's and compiled again. There are still some work to do (one or another blue png to desaturate), but is mostly finished.

The keyboard is for *Grouper*! To change it, do the following steps:
1) Go to /system/app using a root file explorer, replace the stock LatinIME.apk with my version and set permissions to rw-r-r-
2) Reboot
3) Go to Language & Input settings, uncheck and check again Google Voice Typing.

If you haven't tried Kii keyboard, you can theme it anyway you want. No root required.

lol my guess is he's coming from the G2 which had different themes and it seems they've removed it for the G3. The only reason I noticed is my fiancee had some bubbly cloud theme going and was sad she couldnt do it on her new phone.

I saw a video on youtube, and its a g3 he's changing the theme

It is also missing changing notification tones per contact. I hope this stuff will be added on the next update.

Seems like to get the theme option you should just be able to pull the launcher.apk out of another variants base rom and drop it on sysytem/app

If you root, you can reenable it with G3 TweakBox.

Enable the secret menu under LG Launcher Tweaks. Then go to settings. Go to Display. Under the Home screen settings, scroll down. You'll see a hidden menu. Tap on it. Scroll until you see FEATURE_USE_THEME. Check it off and reboot. Bam!

Those settings never stick for me. When i reboot and look back i dont have the option and its not check under the hidden setting......so how will ringtone per app be enable

I found this workaround with stock att g2. And it still works on g3 ports.
Rather share than have people rooting just to have themes

Although when I do it I am able to access the themes section, there are no themes to select. Nor when I download them do they end up on the list. Any help would be appreciated

Yes they do I have 2 downloaded 1 from LG world and another from here on xda and they show up

How did you get the smart world app? the apk that's floating around here doesn't seem to work, so the next question is how to get themes without it?

You can also get it at lgworld.com. the link to get it is right on the main page. And best of all, it's the most recent version.

They have themes at the Play Store. Just search with "LG Home themes" as your search criteria.

Getting "App isn't installed" when I try to do this. Any idea why?
Edit: Was due to using Google Now Launcher. Flipped to stock and was golden.

Downloaded and applied your theme and i've 2 issues:
- Soft keys didn't change.
-Lock screen clock doesn't exists (checked in settings and long press in lock screen)

hello bro buttons for navigation will upload an update and the lockscreen only works from z2 onwards

Love this theme concept but got issues onli keyboard and icons changed
Got the wallpaper too which is lovely
But no navigation keys and i want them:'(
Plus no clock widgets

[Q] Can't remove a subscribed forum

Hope this is the right place to look for help.
I have the "Samsung Galaxy Gear" forum subscribed, but I've long since moved on from that watch. But when I click on it, there isn't an unsubscribe button.
To add to the annoyance, it has a big picture of the watch throwing off the formatting of every row below it.
Anything obvious I'm missing?

Interesting. 2015 theme gives me an unsubscribe - but clicking on it doesn't remove the subscription, it just takes me to a forum of subforums.
Going back to the forum list has it still there (either theme).

Which browser, and OS?
Maybe something @svetius can look into

Win7, Chrome, IE tested.
