Blinkfeed Choose Highlights topics not allowing me to choose custom topics - HTC 10 Questions & Answers

On the most current blinkfeed when I want to add topics to highlights, I'm only given the option to add "Services&Apps", the previous version of Blinkfeed allowed me to choose which topics I wanted, example "TOPICS-UNITED STATES" with the option to select or de-select the checkboxes with the listed topics. Now I only have the option to view the topics individually and not as a group.

Profile page

A link to your profile page, as well as all other other BB links (FAQ, Search, Memberlist, ...), should be included on every page, or at least the home page, in the "My XDA-developers" frame.
The "profile information" section needs to allow newer devices to be selected. Things like ROM and radio versions change so fast, that they should be text input boxes which are blank by default, rather than pull-down menus with limited selections.

Shortcuts on Settings tab

How can I change the shortcuts that appear on the TouchFlo 3D Settings tab?
Endless searching on xda-developers and I can't find it, except for hints that it's hidden in some Diamond cab files people have created.
I want to remove some infrequently used settings (eg. "Mail Setup") and add others (eg. Power).
I've seen threads on how to add/change the Programs shortcuts to do this, but not to change the actual Settings tab.
Thanks.

Hmm you'd probably have to find the _manilla file that displays the settings tab and edit it. This may be a difficult task because there is a ton of _manilla files in the windows folder!
I have managed to remove Mail Setup by editing the registry
\HKCU\Software\Htc\Manila\
"IsShowEmailSetup" = 0
Thanks. Works nicely for that silly Email shortcut, but there are several others I'd like to kill (I really don't change my wallpaper, tabs, 'My Contact Card', or G-Sensor that much HTC!) and more I'd like to add in from the "All Settings" list.
It's a start though, appreciate the tweak.
i just decided to hide the settings tab altogether! totally a waste of space.
How did you hide the settings tab completely? I've been looking to try and do this. it is locked and not editable in my customize tabs. Also I've looked through the manila reg edit and still can't find a binary value that hides settings tab

Simple, install advanced config 3.3 and you can add or remove items from the settings tab.

is it possible to just do a reg edit of this. I hate installing programs I will only use for one purpose and uninstalling them.
in addition, to that ,advance config requires newer framenet which I don't want to install either. (also working off vista, which does not support activesync).
nevermind, I figured it out... but hiding the settings tab renders the whole thing unusable. I just wanted to hide the tab, but not hide the functionality (through start menu).
for those who want to know its as follows:
HKCU\software\htc\manila\
"Manila://settings.page.hidden" = 1

[Q] Forum Display

Hi,
Is there a way to only diplay the forum categories that you'd like to view instead of the whole list everytime? I'm just thinking that this would put less stress on the server as well as save some bandwith/time.
Thanks!
You can hide the content of a forum (you'll have just the title of the forum) by clicking on the arrow at the right end of the title.
What I have is a bookmark folder on my browser toolbar with all my individual forums set up as a shortcut. This way I can go straight to a particular forum. Just a suggestion

[REQUEST] Forum layout > Path in footer?

Am I the only one who hates having to scroll back to the top of a thread in order to reload the subforum I was in? If you've gone through more than one page hitting the Back button doesn't take you there, and if you display any sizable number of posts per page you could be scrolling a while to get back to the path links in the header.
Every other forum I've ever used has a footer at the bottom of thread listings just for this purpose; is there a reason it's omitted on xda?

Can you create folders within Kodi Video Add-ons? To organize many add-ons

Hey guys,
So I have a lot of apps on my firestick in the Kodi media center. Most are in the videos > add-ons section. I wanted to see if there was an app available where you could put the apps in folders to organize them. Children, Movies, Sports, etc..
Trying to find some type of program or feature that lets me do that. I have seen screenshots online of people doing it, but wanted to see if anyone knew anything like that.
Thanks1
There used to be an add on called Super Favorites. Not sure if it's still active but if so it could accomplish this.
Otherwise, you have to use the basic functionality of a kodi skin. For example on aeon mq5/6 you can add an item to your main menu such as Streaming Addons and add all streaming Addons under that category by clicking the left arrow to get to the sub menu. Then repeat for different types you want to categorize by.

Thank you for input!
I downloaded both themes and couldn't find where that was at? I would click over to the sub menu but couldn't see any options to where I could add an item.
I would go within mq6 it runs far smoother. Do customize the menu, when on the home screen of the skin, slide over to settings and click the down arrow, then choose the first option, that lets you edit the menu.
Can't remember what the first option is titled though, something like "customize" somethingorother.
Edit
"Customize main menu"
