CRT off animation!?

After updating to 4.0.4 today I noticed the CRT off animation doesn't occur anymore when the screen turns off anymore. Is there any way to get this back while staying stock!?

Turn animations back on in the developer menu.

Thanks for the response but I tried this earlier and the only animation options I see in there are "window animation scale" and "transition animation scale"...am I missing something else?

Maybe its under display. Off animation? At least it is in CM9 usually the two are slightly similar.

Window display animation needs to be at least 1x. If you choose .5x or off you wont see it.

Screen blackout during calls

I have a nexus strait from the play store 3 weeks ago. Notice that during some calls I get the screen going black until the call ends. Running on stock jb flashed through update link. Any ideas what's wrong? Calls work most of the time with screen on and sometimes it blacks out.

When you say you flashed through a link do you mean you flashed a rom through recovery?

Through cwm. The screen sometimes goes black during a call and sometimes flashes black then I unlock and flashes black again

hi, i just unrooted my gs2 and when i boot it, the flashy samsung logo just stays there and the bottom 4 touch buttons do not turn on. help?

Unroot? Can you explain what you did to "unroot"?

I went into Odin and removed my super su app and I removed Clockwork mod recovery. But I figured it out. Thanks for the supposed help though

nexus black screen

my galaxy screen turns black like switch off mobile while playing game it can still turn on but no display can some one help me
i tell you it is switching on by vibration and sound ..can some one help me plz........

We need some more information: which version? Custom rom? Custom kernel? Rooted? What did you do before it occured? Any logs? Obvious things...

Also can you reboot into recovery just fine? Does the Google Logo come up when you reboot your phone?

How remove sprint splash

I buy LG G2 LS890
LS980ZVC and it is Rooted
I need to remove sprint splash and put LG G2 one from Power on and Power off But keep system version with no change​

Change the boot animation and shut down animation. Do a search and you can find tons of information

Rename sprint_boot animation and shut down animation.
They are located in system/media
