hello guys i receive a samsung s4 mini that won't turn on or charge but when i plug it to pc i hear the connected sound notifications !
Please how can i fix this problem i am familiar with android problems but i think i need some debrick.img file to fix !
how can i proceed with a tutorial that can help a lot of people facing same problem !
PS : i dont know the current android version or the capacity of the device..

I brought new Samsung S4 Mini DUOS I9192 Mobile last week.
OTG is not supporting in my device. Can you guys, tell me instructions to ENABLE the OTG without Rooting(preferable ) , With Rooting Tech is also welcome.

OTG is not supported on the S4 Mini range of devices on a kernel level. There has yet to be a developer who is working on support for it.
You might have to wait for a while for this to happen.

What happened to make you think it is bricked? Have you tried a new battery?
I flash custom .ROM ..
The battery is OK...

Yesterday it was loaded normally when suddenly trailed off and will not start, or recovery, or download, or the charger.
I researched a bit and what I see is a hard brick , someone can help me fix it ?.
I'm from Honduras , I speak Spanish .

"Loaded normally" do you mean you just turned your phone on?
If you just turned on then unlikely to be bricked (unless you've been editing something in ROM etc). I think more likely not charged or some problem with USB connector/cable/battery. But I'm no expert when it comes to bricked phones ..........
Or "loaded normally" had you just flash a new ROM/Kernal/Bootloader? Then it's possible but ....... hard bricks are not common is my understanding.
