The MOGA series of controllers look quite nice imo. I have an Ipega controller but it's build quality is not that great. You can use a Dualshock 4 wireless too.
i love the MOGA powerpro controllers, no other controllers feel as nice. and if you know where to look you can get them pretty cheap, like dailysteals they usually have them every few months

Hello. I want to buy the MOGA pocket because it's small and it's the only one "cheap". I know the hero power is basically a improved moga pocket but it is way too expensive. But the thing is, the MOGA pocket does not have a d-pad! does this mean less compatibility with games? Or does it have the same compatibility as the rest?
I want to play games like GTA San Andreas!
Thanks :good:
Has anyone tries the Parrot AR drone 2.0 with their shield?
I did a search and can't find a reference to it, i'm picking one up tomorrow, heaps of vids on youtube, the shield offers twice the range of a standard phone.
Just when i thought the shield couldn't get any better!!
I'll post how it goes.
Cheers,
Sam.
Nvidia Shield
The shield has no compass so the absolute control mode doesn't work. I like the joystick control.
I don't have a drone, I don't know if it will work, but I can help you root your Shield.
ar drone 2.0
I actually just bought my shield on clearance at gamestop since I go the ar drone 2.0 for christmas. Not only do they work awesome together but they are DESIGNED to work together! As soon as a booted up the default parrot ar drone app I got a new startup screen saying optimized for nvidia shield, the physical controls work much better then the on screen ones. I really can't comment on the range since it's been to windy since I got my drone to really test that part anyway but it feels much more responsive then it did when using my galaxy note 4 to control it. Just to mention on a side note the shields are selling for $160 at gamestop right now.
I'm looking to buy a bluetooth gamepad with a bracket to hold my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5). Ideally I'd like one where the bracket allows you to adjust the angle. Not many seem to do this, not the cheaper ones at least. It's going to be mainly for emulator gaming on my phone but I may also use on my android TV stick as well.
So far I've looked at the Ipega 9025, 9021, the G910, Phonejoy, Madcatz C.T.R.L.R & Moga devices. The Moga Power Pro is a bit expensive, and the Moga Hero doesn't seem to be available in the UK. Madcatz looks good but a bit large, heavy and expensive. The Phonejoy doesn't look comfortable to hold. The others don't appear to have an adjustable bracket.
Are there any others worth considering?
For those of use who enjoy the original Doom game, Amazon is selling D-GLES for $2.50 and I picked it up. Not disappointed at all.
Works great with the Amazon Game Controller, looks great. Can play most any Doom/DoomII type WAD files.
Has some enhanced graphics, mouse look, and you can customize your controls. Oh, networkable also.
And props to AFTVNEWS.com for letting me know it was out. =)
Im looking for a holder compatible with the phone that has top buttons i can use with any game. Or just good holder for gaming/watching movies.
I use the Mocute 054 gamepad for emulation gaming,it is the cheapest one at 14 USD and works well
i use the ipega 9099 and it's very good, no latency, good quality , feels good in hands

I use a Gamesir G4s. Works brilliantly. I also purchased a Flydigi Wee 2t for greater mobility.

The Ipega PG-9099 Wolverine controller is your best bet. It has dual vibration motors for haptic feedback on games, the D-pad plate is replaceable... which for me is a nice feature to have.
The telescopic phone holder can hold phones with up to 6.2 inches display and even more if the phone is bezel-less.
I made a review of the controller on my blog, you can check it out to know the full features it packs.

I have the gamesir G3s. It works ok i guess. But with happy chick emulator, it has huge inputlag. Can't play my favorite snes title, Super Mario World. Dont know does it have to do with the emulator or the controller.
