My friend deleted somme important files from his htc
now the phone does not startup and keeps restarting
and when I try to enter recovery mod I stuck wth red trinagle and exclamaition mark
please excuse my english and help me
Red triangle and exclamation mark *is* the stock recovery.
You have to press volume up and power from that point.

I had just rooted my phone, having it in good condition for the previous 2 days. Suddenly it got restarted today, keep flashing at the beginning "android" text screen, when try to boot into recovery mode, only c the tiny android guy with an exclamation mark there.. pls help.. i dunno wat has gone wrong...

Did you try use volume up & down in the same time to enter recovery menu ?
When you see the tiny android guy with an exclamation mark, press vol up & down together to get recovery menu, press vol up or down to move the menu selector, and press the power button to select an item.
I rooted with superoneclick and had Pays ROM running perfectly fine on my phone, I just lost my network connectivity. I applied the 3g fix through adb push and then phone got stuck on the "android" splash screen. I can boot into recovery, and use vol up and down to get in, but can't do much from there. I can also access the bootloader by pressing power and vol up at the same time, but Ii'm not sure what to do after that. Any help is appreciated!!
EDIT/RESOLUTION:
I was able to use RSD Lite to flash another sbf to the phone after pressing power and vol up to get into the boot loader. After that, re-rooted with superoneclick, and reapplied Pays ROM - still no network connectivity though, so if anyone has an idea to get that back please holler!! I'm on T-Mo US.

Guys i need help asap plz so i installed a rom to my htc m8 and im guessing in the setting the fastboot is on and i cant turn it on because the phone wont load it say " phone has stopped unexpectedly" says the same thing for blinkfeed its just a black screen in the background and in the bottom left it says safe mode also i cant reboot into recovery pleaseee please help ASAP i need my phone back up and running
Have you tried to force the phone to shut down by using volume up and power for about 10 secs and when the black screen comes up let go of the volume up/powerbutton and hold the volume down button? that'll take you into the bootloader and from there you can go to the recovery

I installed a new rom on my m8 , made all the settings on the rom , and after that i wiped data and used a factory reset because i had no google play installed and when i tried to install one it did not work .
So now it only shows the green HTC sign and it stucks there , if i use power+volume up it just restarts and it stucks at the green HTC sign again, power+ volume down does nothing , and also can't power it off .
Please tell me what do to , how can i get it running again ?

Hold power + vol up until your phone reboots. AS SOON AS THE SCREEN GOES BLACK slide your finger to vol down. That'll take you to bootloader where you can choose to boot to recovery. From there you can flash a ROM from your extSD.
EDIT: the option for recovery is under hboot

I need some help.
So i rooted my D855 G3.
I then flashed the TWRP recovery image on the phone. Now every time i try to boot to recovery mode , my phone shows a "boot certification verify error" in the top left corner and then goes to a black screen with the LED flashing blue and red.
I am able to get back into my regular phone OS , so its not bricked. I have tried several methods of getting into recovery mode (apps, holding power + vol down, adb).
Please can someone help me with this , ive read soo many threads but cannot find a straight answer on how to get passed the error

Hi Guys and hope you can help me.
I have a HTC 10, root, S-OFF with Venom ROM.
So yesterday without reason has a bootloop and when i tried to turn on did not passed the HTC logo i tried to enter the recovery with VOL + DOWN and POWER BUTTON but they did not entered only show the HTC logo with the red letters :crying: :crying: , finally i tried to entered the bootloader with VOL + UP and POWER BUTTON and nothing only restart and restard..
So i connected the phone to computer and tried again to enter to the bootloader and it makes sound and enter to the bootloader, but i can not do anything i try to flash the recovery but i can´t ..
