SOLVED: Can't boot past bootloader/recovery after installing SuperSU (Moto G) - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Hi, I have a Moto G (3rd gen.).
I successfully unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP.
The OS booted and worked fine after this.
Then, to root, I installed SuperSU v2.65 via TWRP, and rebooted.
I used this file:
https://download.chainfire.eu/921/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.65-20151226141550.zip
After that the phone does not boot past the screen with "Warning, bootloader unlocked".
I can get into recovery and TWRP, and ADB/FastBoot connects to the phone.
What can I do to save/restore my phone from here?
Do I need to flash a clean stock image, or can I fix the current state somehow?
EDIT: solved, by flashing cyanogenMod on it.

Stuck on logo on 20A after TWRP + SuperSU

I'm lost.
I updated to 20A, finally unlocked my bootloader and reinstalled all apps. Worked quite OK. Then I decided to root my phone again so I can use texdroider. (Yes, that is an important app for me.) I used fastboot boot to boot into TWRP (latest 2.8.7.0) and chose "Install SuperSU". Then I let it reboot.
Now it's stuck at the LG logo. No adb connection available.
Help!!11! *screams hysterically*
(Please.)
edit:
Turns out SuperSU was too old. Flashing the 2.66 build instead of the built-on one fixed it.

HTC one M9 won't boot.

I got an unlocked HTC one M9, (sim unlocked not bootloader unlocked), I unlocked my bootloader to prevent it from wiping my data later, installed TWRP, and installed superSU from TWRP and now my phone refuses to boot. I get the HTC logo, then it vibrates and dumps me back at the boot loader with...
reboot reason: 0x776655aa
message: RPM:APPS NS-WD!
I have absolutely no idea what is going on, I can't find reboot reasons anywhere and I'm stuck. Before doing the twrp and supersu install the phone booted to android just fine.
I used TWRP 2.8.7.2 and superSU 2.71
I have attempted to reflash the stock backup I took as soon as i got the device and it always causes the exact same error, I don't know what to do but I can't replace the phone.
Please any help is appreciated.

Ok, so I got the device to boot again by flashing only the boot partition and then wiping the cache before restart. But it returned to the exact same state when I tried to flash superSU again.
Am I using the wrong version of superSU? or should I not install it through TWRP?

Bootloop or just bad instalation?

Backgrond: Fresh new device. I unlocked bootloader through the all in one toolbox here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/tool-tool-one-driversunlocktwrpfactory-t3358711) to unlock bootlaoder successfully and install twrp ( I chose this version TWRP 3.2.1 Blu Spark OP5T).
I unlock my bootloader successfully and then tried to install superSU through twrp. I realized at the time of TWRP installation, that I didnt have SUPERsu on my device so I booted up my phone, downloaded Super SU from (http://www.supersu.com/download) and then went back into recovery mode. I was able to install the file through twrp but now I'm stuck on the OnePlus Screen.
On the toolkit screen there was a message saying
"if you flash a modified recovery and you dont root your stock rom (or flash another rom) you will brick you phone.
Is that what I did? Should I flash a custom rom?
I can access fastboot, recovery, etc and use adb sideload. I thought maybe I installed the wrong super user file so I flashed a new one through adb sideload (this file SR5-SuperSU-v2.82-SR5-20171001224502) but that didnt do anything either.
What should I do?

Lost root. How do I regain it?

Hi guys it's been a while since I've rooted any devices but decided to root my LG G PAD 8.3 (V500), since it is so outdated. I'm gonna go over exactly what I did on how I got here to better understand. Sorry in advance for the long winded post.
-Anyway, I had to downgrade to 4.2.2 by using the LG Flash Tool 2014.
-Then, I rooted my device by running root.bat Also, I had SuperSU when I rooted.
-After rooting, I installed TWRP via the play store, downloaded the most recent twrp.img and flashed it via the app. It took me forever to get to recovery by pressing power+volume down and then pressing power+volume down+volume up. But after what felt like 20+ tries, I got to TWRP recovery.
-I wiped my phone and flashed the most recent Lineage ROM. Unfortunately, after flashing the ROM, I could not flash GApps because it rebooted to the ROM after flashing. TWRP let me know that I had to update TWRP and since I did not have the play store and I was once again having trouble getting into recovery, I downloaded the most recent TWRP apk.
-When trying to open the apk, it gave me a "can't open file" message which I didn't understand why. After rebooting, for some reason, it then let me run the TWRP apk and installed the TWRP app. This is when I found out that I was no longer rooted because TWRP notified me. I double checked with root checker and indeed I was no longer rooted. I have no idea when or how that happened.
-Again, I couldn't get into TWRP recovery until I plugged in my phone to my PC and for whatever reason, it helped me get into recovery. I wiped the phone and proceeded to flash Lineage and GApps.
-I read that by flashing SuperSu I may regain root, so downloaded an updated SuperSu, went into recovery and flashed SuperSu. When rebooting, the LG screen came up with a message at the top left corner reading "secure booting error! Boot certification verify". At that point, I was in a bootloop and had to go into recovery, wipe and flash again minus supersu. So I am now on Lineage with GApps and no root.
How do I regain root? And anyone know how I was able to lose it? Back in the day when I was into flashing, I never had these problems and never lost root out of nowhere like this.
Also, if I wanted to get back to stock LG 4.2.2, how would I go about that? I know that currently, I can't use the LG Flash Tool 2014 because my current ROM does not have a USB Software option in order for the tool to recognize the tablet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

(No longer) Bricked Mi A2 Lite?

I was attempting to install TWRP on my Mi A2 Lite running Android One 9.0, so I can root it with magisk. I unlocked the bootloader, followed twrp.me/xiaomi/xiaomimia2lite.html (I can't post links, since I'm a new user), but when I tried to boot recovery mode after the TWRP install, it said the system was damaged (android one still booted fine,
it was just the recovery). I thought maybe it was because I couldn't decrypt data because of the password lock on TWRP. So I booted TWRP through fastboot again and wiped the system, then retried installing TWRP. It once again claimed to have successfully installed, and I stupidly tried installing Magisk right after. After that point, OS would no longer boot. I tried getdroidtips.com/v10-0-1-0-pdlmifj-pie-mi-a2-lite/ , but the install failed on an error. I'm going to just assume I erased the OS, how can I restore it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Edit:
I'm dumb, I just used the flash tool....
Just download the latest firmware from the following URL and flash it with Miflash.
https://en.miui.com/getrom.php?r=354&m=yes&app=false
You don't need TWRP to root this phone. I would suggest you to check out this guide:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2-lite/how-to/guide-install-magisk-proper-support-ota-t3836952
Just forget about our TWRP, it's kinda buggy.
