i tried searching for a rom and found out that my imei is showing an LG G2 instead of G4
same as for the LG Bridge software shows that my phone is LG G2.
is it normal? what should I do?

Install "LG Phone From" from the Play Store and you'll see...

Why does it says LG D802 and not H815?
Is it possible that someone flashed the motherboard with a G2's IMEI? Because it looks like it.

1) I recently purchased a LG Optimus G Pro from a shop. It had Android JB installed on it. While reading its specs details on gsmarena, it found out that my mobile android version could be upgraded to KitKat using OTA. But I am unable to find software update app installed on my phone. I have doubts that the stock ROM of my phone was replaced with some custom ROM but I am not sure. How do I confirm if my phone's had custom ROM or stock ROM?
2) How can I find out whether this phone is an "International" variant or some other like "Korean"? For the hint, I have attached the screenshot showing the software version and other details of my mobile.

Hi, I am Unable to update LG G4 H815 (International Model) via LG Bridge or OTA to Android 6.0. Both say my LG G4 is up to date but I am in the UK where the update has been out for ages now. Even other people in the UK have been able to update fine and I don't know why I can't. I am really getting sick and tired of waiting and I really don't want to have to resort to LGUP to force the update on my phone. I have tried LG Bridge and OTA with and without the sim card inserted (apparently removing the sim card helps) and it always says my phone is update to date. Any help on how to get LG Bridge or OTA to update my phone? Software Version: V10D-234-30
EDIT: People on the same network (Virgin Mobile) and model as mine have been able to update fine so I really don't know why my phone and LG Bridge think its up to date now

My lg g4 815p died, only in Lg logo and it does not go into download mode, it gets stuck on the screen and it does not go in, so I saw all the possible tutorials, now I gave up, if anyone can help I'm waiting for probable solutions,

Hey guys i'm having some problems with my lg g3 d851, since the screen of my beloved lg g2 died after 2 years and a half, my friend gave me his lg g3 to use it as a tablet since the phone doesnt recognize any signal at all, right now is running the stock rom for android marshmallow t-mobile rom 30e, everything works fine except for the signal that either always keeps in "no service" or "searching", i already try to put another sim card on the phone and its showing the same problem, already checked the IMEI on the swappa blacklist and everything is okay, here are a few screenshots, any thoughts on how to solve this problem would be very appreciated thank you!
