and now i wana know how can i convert huawei rom to .img file tath i flash with rockchip tool,

I have been trying to extract KDZ file to fetch few English apps from E98X as I have F240L model. Tried few tools mentioned in XDA forum but no luck yet. Anyone has ever tried the same? Or is it possible to get dump from any phones other than F240 series?

I want to flash my Asus ZenFone ZC500TG and when I select scatter.txt from the last firmware downloaded from Asus OFFICIAL page, it gives me, this error:
