Hi,
I have since month Asus Zenfone II Laser. Since Today I have problem. The phone turn off when he was charged to about 80 percent and began to restart. This leads to a welcome screen. (With inscription powered by Android) again restarts, vibrates, and so on. Nothing I press. Enables the screen, the phone vibrates, restarts and again. I can not do a hard reset or restore factory settings.
Sorry for my English. And if there was a similar theme that anyone can give me a link to it? I searched but could not find any information.

Hey guys, recently my tilt 2 has been having problems with the SOD and soft resetting would usually do the trick, however, today my tilt 2's screen just won't turn on. The device is on and even after soft resetting and taking the battery out and putting it back in, the screen still doesn't turn on. The phone still vibrates to indicate that it is being powered on or when it is being soft resetted, but the screen still remains blank. Any ideas on what is wrong and what I can try to fix this?

Press the reset button while holding the volume down key. See if it boots into the tri-colored screen for the bootloader. If you can actually see that screen, then just flash a new ROM. If you can't, then do a warranty exchange.
the screen still doesn't turn on is it dead?? gahhh my first broken phone....

Yeah, your screen probably crapped out...like what happened recently to my HD2. It's like HTC wanted our phones to suddenly fail in October, 2011, for the new WP7 devices.
Problems with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 SM-T705:
1st: October 2014
2 weeks after buying, my tablet's battery drained overnight from 45% to zero. Next morning, I turned my tab on after charging to find out that the Tab starts but without any Samsung GAlaxy Tab S logo or Samsung Logo and the Screen has turned green, rendering it difficult to read in auto brightness mode or low brightness mode.
I restarted the device 2-3times and the device started working normally. This was my 1st device restart. I never used to power off the device before.
In 1st 6months, this greenish display problem n logo problem occured 2-3times, and i ignored it, because, it used to get resolved by itself with restart and I had no service centre in and around 50km to my work place.
2nd: January 2014
My device all of a sudden stopped working.. actually hanged.. I managed to turn it off but failed to restart it.
Later I realised that the device has restarted, but the screen was not responding when the screen blinked for a moment with the opening of book cover.. and the back cover of device was warm..
Googling taught me the way to access recovery screen n I opened recovery mode with "power+vol down+home key" and pressing vol down in recovery screen to restart tab.. again the tab started working fine..
3rd: Lollipop update: May 2015
I did Lollipop update. The device was smooth to operate at first. But gradually, i noticed that unlocking the tab failed to light up the display everytime, just the soft keys lighted up. But one day, the device freezed with no response from touch screen. I was unable to switch off the device also.. I had to drain the battery by playing music using S voice to turn the device off. "power+vol down+home key" too was not working.
On googling, I learned to reset device with "power+vol up+vol down" keys pressed together. finally the device restarted, but the device used to hang occassionally.
Googling let me know that i need to factory reset device upon firmware update for normal functioning, which i didn't do after update. so, I backed up my device, uninstalled many apps to make the device run a bit smooth and did a factory reset.. Resetting didn't improve the situation much, but now, the device display failed to light up on a regular basis on unlocking most of the time..
Now the situation is that, the device turns on, finger print scanner works, all apps n everything working, but display remains black, and touch screen is not responding.. using sidesync, everything on Tab can be accessed via laptop.
Tricks tried:
1) Factory reset
2) power+ vol up+vol down
3) power+ vol up+home key
4) power+ vol down + home key
5) Power off using sidesync and then restart
Results: All failure. Everything works but the display never lights up normally..
Plzz help....:crying::crying:
Bump. I'm starting to have similar problems with my SM-T800 running 5.0.2. I open the cover and the device fails to turn on. I press the power button and the screen stays black but the notification bar turns on. I can shake the crap out of the device and the screen stays black but I can see the notification bar flicker. Driving me batty.
If i had any problems like you guys, I would just return it to the place i bought it, for a refund or replacement or even a repair, post it to the service centre if it`s too far to travel too.
You problems sound like battery and or loose connector inside your tablet, it happens frequently on Samsung tablet for the connectors to come loose, if the tablet is dropped or twisted, no outside damage might be seen.
John.
I was using FlareM stock kernel... With Bear N Russian Os for more than a week without any prob.
It was midnight i left my phone charging. I woke up and used my phone for normal usage.
The next morning double tap to wake my phone. The screen awake but nothing was showing up it was blank
DT2W was working but the whole screen was blank. Black Screen Flash. In curiosity i thought i have to restart. I forced power off my phone.
After a few seconds i start my phone. Phone gives a gentle double vibrate. But its blank nothing at all is showing. The screen is total blank. No boot screen, i cant go Recovery.... Just Blank, Nothing.
When i start it just vibrates.
Computer detects USB when it Vibrates. After awhile its gone.
The vibrate comes up every aproximately 5 minutes. Keeps soft double Vibrate every 5 min, i guess its restarting by itself until i press the power button again for 10s where it switches off.
Please give me a solution. I'm so confused how could this happen overnight
Owh, And i tried Solution where we need to re place the 3 wires above battery. Not working.
No charging indication too since this prob occur.
:crying:
Do you think i should try this Method?

It was 2 days ago since my phone screen suddenly black out, still responsive thought, checked by entering the passcode, answers call, and turn on the flashlight. If i pressed the power button which means screen on, the screen showing a very low white light over all the place. And when i pressed the power button again which means screen should go off, it's off like a normal. I tried search for solutions mostly suggests to sony companion software repair that brings to factory reset. But sadly i can't use it because my it says i'm using modified software. I'm planning to flash my phone again. Currently, usb debugging is off and can't turn it on since the screen black.
Any suggestions for what should i do? Maybe cast the screen to pc using some apps?
Hello, everyone! I have a rooted Asus Zenfone 2e in which I tried to unlock the bootloader.
After running a .bat file in fastboot mode, the device began restarting. I was expecting to see a white splash screen. The phone buzzed. The backlight of the LCD turned on, but I did not see the splash screen. I waited several minutes. Nothing. Just the backlight. This has gone on for several hours now. I do not want to force the device to turn off. Will it make it bricked? Will nothing bad happen? I need to know a soon as possible. The little yellow light at the top of the phone is on too. The image below is what it looks like (the backlight is on).
Thank you all so much for your support!
