I did a factory reset and now when I try to update the watch on (video) app it says its not compatible with my phone. Anyone else having this too? Watch on (tv) updates fine.

It has worked well for me. Keep in mind that it comes pre-installed as I guess 14 days trial and there after, it wont work. Maybe you just used them up?

Have you tried Going into Settings/Apps/All/T-mobile Name ID? Force stop it, wipe cache, data & uninstall updates.
I hadn't done that yet but sure enough that fixed it. Cheers.

What is the newest update for AT&T Note5? Please include full build number and date.
Mine says September 19th. Please post all other future updates as well. Some of our phones are not receiving the OTA updates.

I got that update. Now, when I push the power button to turn on the phone it plays a sound and then after I tap the fingerprint reader to unlock it, it plays that same damn sound again twice. I've dug through all my settings and can't figure out how to turn it off. Anyone else?
